I came to this store about 4 weeks ago looking for a desk for my home office. I explained to my salesman, Charles, exactly what I had in mind. He showed me several options and I did pick out one. He was very helpful. He told me it would take 4-6!weeks, and it was ready in 4 weeks. My husband and I had gone to many stores looking for a desk. We were so happy to find this place and Charles was so helpful. The desk arrived and the two delivery men carried it in and put it together. Omar did a great job. He was quick and professional. I brought my client here and had a stellar experience all round. Jared was my salesperson and he was diligent and dedicated to getting us what we need. He was reliably available and very responsive to emails and messages. Even once I met him at the door on his way home and he came back in to assist me. All without any kind of attitude. I liked that. They have a very beautiful showroom and super range of kitchen and layouts and stone. I was proud to bring my client here and she favored LPS showroom ambiance and attentiveness of the team most. Our selected product, a white oak kitchen island, was pristine. I cannot believe the difference when you jump from Fabuwood to St Martin. Just night and day. The quality of these St. Martin cabinets provided by LPS; the packaging, the delivery, the workmanship was excellent and we appreciated how LPS kept me informed of progress along the way. I would give this business one star if I could. very poor business practices and awful costumer service . I placed order of 6 reception room chairs back in 11/29/22 and made sure I picked the chairs in stock and sales person Michael C assured me I will have furniture in two weeks .. after numerous calls they delivered the chairs on 12/30/22 but 4 out of 6 chairs were wrong and they demanded balance must be paid minus $200 which will be due when I get majority of my chairs . I was very upset since I got rid of all the old chairs and now I have only two chairs in reception room. They assured me I will have the furniture in week or two but no no no after numerous calls today on 1/30/23 they were to deliver rest of the chairs but I received the phone call from warehouse today they can't locate the chairs legs so they need to reschedule to another day! what kind of business these people are running ? this is absolutely unacceptable .. I'm so furious my reception room has only two chairs since December .. I would not recommend this business... read more

Poor business practices. I called to get clarity about a Bush desk listed on their website (with a specific model number), since the picture did not match the description. I had to call a second time, and when their representative called back, he attempted to raise the price by $60. The second star is only because they acknowledged that was what they were doing. This is not what I expect of an upstanding business that says they have great customer service. read more
