Jason & his team handled every issue they came across with professionalism and kept me fully informed of all issues. They even found an issue from a previous roofing job and fixed it! I also had a gutter issue that caused massive flooding at the foundation every time it rained. Jason & his crew fixed it and I no longer have flooding! I can't recommend Teflon Roofing enough. They by far are the best of the best and do a phenomenal job. You will get guidance on the best color & material for your roof. I didn't have a single piece of metal, trash, or hardware to pick up either! No punctured car tires here! As if all of this isn't enough, Jason goes above and beyond with honesty, integrity, professionalism, pricing, & craftsmanship. We worked primarily with Dale's son Vernon. One of the first things I noticed about Vernon is that, unlike most of the construction people we dealt with during the building process, he actually listened to and talked to ME and not just my husband. Considering I was the one doing most of the coordination of efforts and choosing of materials/finishes/etc this was a big deal. The other thing that Vernon really excelled at was understanding what we wanted and why - we had a lot of help with our drawings and plans, including our designer and draftsman, but Vernon was the one to translate those plans into reality. He really listened to what we were saying when we talked about how we planned to use the spaces and made suggestions that really worked well. The prices were certainly competitive. Not cheap, mind you, but competitive. Vernon also had the connections to get some of the more progressive things we wanted like geothermal in-floor radiant heating/cooling and solar panels. While some of those contractors weren't as on-the-ball as Dale Shank Builders, when there were hiccups or delays Vernon kept us informed and/or looked for immediate solutions. I've heard horror stories about the process of building a home, but our process was very smooth and the end product a delight. I would absolutely hire them again.
