The tech said that my lashes were too sparsh and I must sleep on my left side because the lashes would not stay straight..Ummm no I sleep on my right side regularly..I may have slept on my left side the night before but that shouldn't affect how my lashes lay based on all my previous experiences. My lashes looked like random tree branches growing from my eyelids and they felt plasticky...didn't feel or look natural at all! There was no lash cleavage whatsoever. I gave 2 stars cause everyone was nice. I even left a $16 tip cause I wasn't coming back...I would never in my life pay the full price of $225!

I kept going back. Thanh asked me if I wanted to try Tiffany (her daughter) & I agreed. I'm glad I did! It seems like this whole family is quite talented at this. I feel confident that if I had to use the other girl there (Tanya?) she'd likely be great too since all her clients seem to love her as well. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don't even feel the lashes!) Parking /Time tip: try arriving at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it's pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it's always worth it! Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties. I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I've never heard a complaint. My sister & I are regulars and will continue to be! I've tried several places and this is easily one of the best lash salons in Dallas, it's #1 for me.
