My review is solely based on the level of professionalism and customer service that I have received from this business. To be clear, I love my lashes, and Karla does an excellent job with my lash extensions. However, Karla has canceled/attempted to reschedule my appointment, on more than one occasion, on the day of my actual appointment. I understand that emergencies can occasionally occur last minute, but for my appointment to be canceled/rescheduled at the last minute, on more than one occasion, is unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this business, based on my last experience with Karla. I had a lash appointment scheduled on 6/29 at 1 PM. At 12:28 PM, Karla cancels my appointment due to an emergency. I should have been notified well before 12:28 PM, if my 1 PM appointment time no longer worked. Mind you, I had already driven to the business, to ensure I beat traffic and was there on time. It's even more disappointing that this incident occurred on my birthday. I normally would never complain about a canceled appointment, due to an emergency, but this is a trend that I have experienced with Karla before this appointment. read more

This place was awesome! The service was amazing and Samantha is a wonderful person to help shape your eyebrows. I came in with little to no knowledge about eyebrow shaping and she managed to take my vague description of what I wanted and work her magic. I previously had my eyebrows micro bladed elsewhere (out of state) about 9 months ago. Due to the fact that I workout quite regularly, I had some fading of the original hair strokes.
