And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

I texted them via Yelp and chatted with Eddy, an appointment was set and I received a date that was favorable. Before that Eddy also came to check my Terrazzo before he started the work. Eddy is likable and generous in his information sharing as well as his work ethic. His crew, Juan is also easy to get along and had thing done right. They started the work at 9 am on Jan 28th worked non stop until 2 pm and Juan came back to finish on 29th the next day. The reason being that the floor has to dry before they can move to the next step. After the job was done, my Terrazzo's looks naturally amazing. It so shine that I thought there is a pond of water on it, seriously. Eddy Recommended against artificial seal as it will cause problem in the long run, I agreed. Naturally shine works for me. Thank you Eddy and of course Juan for taking great care of my floor. I almost make a terrible mistake replacing my Terrazzo floor with artificial floor. I would be regret, had I replaced it. As time went on and the landscape around me changed, the need for cleaning began to decrease and by 2017 the need was all but gone. Then I started to notice wearing at one corner of my gutters over the A/C units as well as the growth of Crepe Myrtle trees behind my house (neighbors yard) scraping and hitting my house and gutters and the obvious wear. Realizing new gutters were in my future I got bids from the company that installed my new roof as well as one from AAA Gutter Co. Not only were they cheaper on a more detailed product, Antonio (the owner) did the bid, suggesting screens on all the gutters, even though no trees are around, pointing out wind and blowing debris could be an issue, plus the product is made in the USA!! Better product and cheaper...No brainer! When I called to set the appointment for my new gutters, I spoke to Dora, a familiar, kind voice, I have recognized for the past 22 years (a company that keeps employees for decades; good omen!) She took down all my info, confirming it will take 2 weeks to receive product, they will call the day before installation, to confirm arrival. In exactly 2 weeks, Dora notified me of the installation the next day with their arrival to be between 12 noon and 1:00...They (David & Arturo) arrived at exactly 12:30, they ate a quick bite of lunch and then began the arduous task of installing my gutters at 1:00 pm...It was HOT, my house requires at least a 24' ladder and the area around my house is very limited...I cannot say enough positive things about David and Arturo...Seeing the negative impact the Crepe Myrtle trees were having on my property they asked if they could remedy the problem by pruning the trees back off my house, I agreed...They went above and beyond it was amazing. It took them 6 solid hours with NO break to complete the whole job...They cleaned up EVERYTHING!! A TON of Crepe Myrtle debris, not to mention all the old gutter debris and all was accomplished without so much as a leaf my landscape being damaged. David & Arturo were smart, respectful, professional and hard workers willing to think outside the box!! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FROM NOW ON!!! KUDOS TO DAVID, ARTURO, DORA & ANTONIO!!!
