If you need floors polished, they're fine, but I would recommend using anyone else for showers. The owner said everything was fine. I sent him photos and he sent the same person back. They couldn't do anything about mildew, so I cleaned the grout on the floor before they sealed it. Looks like they put black marks on the white tile on the walls while scrubbing, and they didn't clean the grout. Worst part, is it seems like they're trying to do a good job, but not able to achieve it. We we used them 6 years ago we were thrilled with the results, but stay away if you want tile and grout work.

So we had 14 years of dirt that had accumulated on the grout lines. As you can imagine, it was nasty. Marcus and his helper came out and cleaned it the first day, then on the second day, sealed the grout using a technique that restored the color of the grout. They did a beautiful job, took their time, moved the few things that I could not move and were a pleasure to work with. Marcus is a pleasant, hard working owner that is customer focused. He asked permission to film our restoration, had a technique to keep the ac air in our home by installing a plastic door that helped keep our home cool during 100+ degree weather. I'm very, very pleased with their work and our floors! Would defiantly recommend them.
