She annoyingly told me to sit, began doing my nails and did not ask if I was comfortable with her knowing what she was doing. After asking her if she was, I determined she was capable and chose to sit as she began doing my nails. She did not ask my chosen color or anything. .What A DAY!!! After all of that, I can truly say, the color of my acrylic and such was an indication of what she failed to see. I dont know what that was but I was disappointed! After asking if I offended her, she said no and began to warm up. She was nice and listened. I am grateful. What a wonderful person. Unfortunately, she limited my financial being. I hated it! She is very gentle, the included calf massage and scrub were great, and my toes look very nice. Negative - my French manicure was not done very well. I asked the manicurist to make the white part not too thick, but she made it so thin it didn't even cover the white part of my nails. I didn't have time to ask for her to fix it so decided to just live with it. The worst part was that the manicure chipped in less than 24 hours. All I did after the manicure was go to a wedding. No housework, no gardening, or any activities that should be hard on a manicure. By the end of the wedding that evening, two nails were badly chipped and by the next day, several more had chipped. I just took all the polish off last night. $25 plus a $7 tip wasted. This was a regular French manicure, not gel or acrylics. I expected it to chip within a week, but I've NEVER had a manicure that didn't even last 24 hours. I don't live locally but if I did, I would ask for Tina for both the manicure and pedicure and see if it lasts longer.
