One of the most recent emails chastised renters about having their rent on time (we pay on time), but when we send maintenance requests, they take their sweet time to respond or delete them which only makes the situation 10x worse when it could have been prevented then have the nerve to ask tenants to submit a review, so here's my review. Next you want every i dotted and every t crossed, double checked and verified before you sign. Universal Title does this as a matter of routine leaving nothing to chance. Next you want things done quickly so you can move on with your life. Again Universal Title moves quickly but never in ways that are sloppy or slipshod. So what is the Universal Title difference that earns them my five start rating. THE ANSWER Universal Title is sensitive to the unique needs of their clients to the degree it is possible to be. You see I am autistic. I'm successful enough to buy an upgraded home of my own. My dealing with the bank was a horribly painful affair. By the time I got to closing I was a wreck. Everything that could go wrong did despite me having a strong loan. Universal Title met me where I was. Universal Title was sensitive enough to give me a closing experience that accounted for my unique autistic way of processing the closing situation without in any way compromising the intregrity of the closing process during a pandemic no less. No card or gift, but a great big check for nothing. I was very disappointed...I recently looked through her Facebook and saw all of her non-black clients with their Dailey sold signs! I would give them 0 stars if allowed!
