    This is AFTER I made a path to walk through

    Awful experience. Would not recommend or ever use their services again. We moved from Tucson to Albuquerque and were quoted a price for packing and moving our townhome based off of a video walkthrough of our entire place. When the movers arrived they were under the impression that it would be a quick 4 hour job. Instead it lasted the entire day after they arrived almost 2 hours later than we were told to expect them. When they started the job, they started telling us that it would be a much bigger job than what we were quoted. When the person in charge got a hold of the quoter, Kyle, he told him that we lied to him and didn't him show him everything that needed to be packed, which was a complete lie, as it was all on a zoom call, not to mention we he already packed several boxes beforehand, and suddenly we were paying another $1000+. One of the guys, Daniel, spent the entire day in one of our rooms and accomplished nothing but complaining the whole time about how he had been up since three in the morning. His attitude was reflected in what work he did accomplish by carelessly throwing a mix of fragile and heavy items in multiple boxes with no cushion, just to get things done quicker. Items arrived upside down, tossed around and broken. Meanwhile, we're also told to leave everything in our dressers as it would be easier to have them wrapped and just moved as is. To our surprise, the guy who moved our dressers packed everything in each dresser (with the exception of one drawer each for some reason) into boxes, which we had to re-sort through once we got to our new place, which we were not expecting, and caused one of my dressers to basically fall apart due to lack of support, and is completely not useable. One of my lampshades was bent out of shape so that it could be taken off and put in a box, even though it could have been easily twisted off had they asked how it could be taken off. After all this, they said they ran out of space and could not put everything in the truck. This left behind shelves with the bookcases they went onto and vice versa, so I was forced to rent another U-Haul for $650+ and load and drive myself in the middle of the night the next day, which is when our truck was supposed to deliver to our new address. Hours after the driver did not show, my partner had to call to find out that there was a delay and it would not be delivered until the next day, which meant we had to get a hotel for another night and pay even more money since we had nothing to sleep on or sit on in our new location. When everything was finally delivered the next day, boxes were strewn about in the wrong rooms despite being labeled where they were supposed to go. Everything was just placed wherever instead of around the perimeter of the rooms, so I had to move around the maze they created, climbing over boxes to get to what I needed because there was no clear path to walk through. Overall terrible moving experience and I will highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. I overpaid multiple times for the same trip and didn't even get what I paid for. Ridiculous.

    By far the worst moving experience I've had. It was way over the price from my quote, the movers were slower than I've had in previous moves with absolutely no concern for time. One of the boys was on his phone between trips to the truck and said he was hungover. I was quoted a lower number that is why I went with this company. I was wrong to choose them. I was never told I'd be charged for tape and plastic which added $250 for what?! I never got an invoice emailed to me, I had call and ask for the invoice. When I got the invoice and emailed John the operations manager about concerns of how my furniture was left, I never got any response. They used blankets to wrap things, yet my furniture was not taken care of, everything was tossed and stacked in odd ways to "reduce trips" now I'm fearful to see what damage was done. Don't trust this company, they could care less about quality service or your belongings.

    Didn't even get to have an experience. Pods advertises three sizes of Pods (8', 12', 16') that can…read morebe rented by the month for on-site storage. If you only have space for the 8' you are out of luck. They will not rent the small one for local on-site storage, not even for one month. You can only rent the small one if you are leaving the state. Strange business plan trying to force customers to rent something they don't have the room for.

I would not recommend anyone using this company until the owner or management fix their internal problems and make this right with their customers. I am a realtor here in Tucson and in helping my buyers that urgently needed additional storage during their move, I called PODS Tucson. They should have credited my account for not showing up on the delivery date (the driver told me he was told at 4pm about the delivery and had to go pick up a pod from someone's home to get it over to my clients property -they arrived just before 5pm and the unit was loaded backwards - so they had to leave and reload the unit with the door facing the correct direction to load/unload. Customer service was told by the Tucson POD that they had mechanical trouble (LIE) The truck the driver told me a very different story- which was the truth- We were just blown off - (THEY will not allow you to speak with anyone locally which should have been the first red flag) I had my infant grandson (1yr) with me at 11:45 as I was told the delivery would arrive at the beginning of our window when I called customer service and they spoke with the local scheduler - so I waited in 98* heat with a baby and 3 movers I was paying by the hour - only to wait for another hour on the phone (from 3-4pm) with customer service who was speaking with the Tucson location - This has been a complete mess - I will advise anyone I know not to use the Tucson POD services. I didn't even receive a call from your company following my complaint -I'm waiting on hold for 36 min as i type this yet again just to find out why I've been double billed - horrible service! and NOW I'm being double billed what a mess!
