I showed up for my 12pm tour and was told by the guide's room mate that the guide was out of town and he didn't understand why an appointment would've been booked. Frankly, I don't understand it either. I have reached out to get my $45 back. I felt that this may have been a scam, and I'm pretty sure it is since everyone else's reviews had them meeting up at other places while the confirmation I received said to meet up at the address provided, which is literally someone's house. Sorry for busting in your weekend, room mate. But I definitely want a refund since I was able to book and pay for a tour that wasn't going to happen due to the tour guide being "out of town".

The splash playground is decent. Best suited for kids 10 and younger I'd say. The real let down was the water slides. Both slides are incredibly slow. They also require children to be 48 inches tall not 42 like some of the other pictures/reviews show. The pool is only open sometimes depending on if there are swim lessons occurring. Obstacle course was fine. Most of the staff was friendly, but there was one lifeguard who was very rude to my son. I didn't purchase anything from concessions, but they also didn't have any prices listed which was annoying. I also thought the admission prices were kind of expensive. Almost $50 for my family of 4 (non residents).

We were only upset about the fact that we were on time, but had to wait for 6 people who were late, who wasted at least 20+ minutes of our tour, getting paperwork and kayaks ready. We could not hear anything of any importance from our guide as people had different abilities to paddle (totally understandable) and there was no effort to include everyone. The mangroves are pretty and worth seeing. Our tour ended within the hour (should have been 90 min) but we were given the option of having the kayaks longer so we paddled out to West Lake, very pretty.
