For in person appointments, there is adequate parking at the location. Very close to IKEA in Renton. The MA staff is very friendly and quick to get everything charted. I have not had to wait more than five minutes to see my provider when I come for appointments. I have been to their lab a couple of times for blood draws and the process is very quick and efficient. After a couple of visits and lots of testing Dr. Mendis was able to provide my unique diagnosis and treatment plans. I then switched my primary care to Dr. Nair in Internal Medicine and have never looked back. Everyone has always been very helpful, some more kind than others, but never a bad experience. I highly recommend this practice and there's nothing better than having all your doctors and a lab all in the same location to make your life easier.

I am sensitive to perfume and they are so careful to not wear any the day of my appointment. Cynthia was my nurse practationer and I do miss her. But Dr. Graves is an outstanding doctor. He goes out of his way to help resolve any problems that I have. It's like he listens just a little harder than other doctors I have seen over the years. The turn around time for answers is great. I sure hope that he outlives me as I would be hard pressed to find someone of this compassion. God has blessed me with this special group of people.
