    We are beyond grateful for the Gold Group, especially our wonderful realtor Sherry Flores. From the moment we had our zoom meeting ( with a terrific PowerPoint presentation) to getting the keys our very first home, Sherry was there to help us every step of the way. Her team was very quick to respond to any of our questions and was able to accommodate all of our needs. We are first time home buyers with an out of state quick move (about 1.5 months notice) but she made it happen. I would highly recommend the Gold Group to anyone looking to purchase a home and of course a special shout out to our girl Sherry!

As a first time home buyer we had no clue as to what needed to be done. They helped us with every step of the way. They provided us with all the information that we needed to make the purchase of our house as easy as possible. We were very impressed with their work as they went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted. We were up against 7 offers, and mind you we were not the highest offer, but they managed to worked their magic to make sure we got the house of our dream. VERY IMPRESSIVE!     Brian Zamora with The Golden Group -Keller Williams, I wish there was an option higher than 5 stars because I CAN NOT say enough great things about Brian and his team. They are professional, personable but most of all they care about finding you not only a home but the RIGHT home for you and your family. They go above and beyond!!!! If you don't already have a contact for financing and working with and getting pre-approval, he has several you can talk to so you fine the right financier for you, of course he makes a suggestion but always leaves the decision with you, I love that. I chose to work with Ben and OMG was that the right choice! Ben walked be through step by step of the application process and also different loans and so forth. He was awesome and gave me a ton of great information I needed. Then when I put a bid on a house, he walked me through the what different down payments would do to the loan and let me make the decision, again that's what I needed information I do not have. Don't get me wrong we didn't find my home right away by any means!!! I can't even remember how many houses we looked through on their really great application HomeSpotter and then how many Brian set up for us to see. I do know that Brian and his team wrote, submitted and I signed about 4 bids before the lucky number 5 was accepted [this market is brutal June 2020]. But once my bid was accepted on Friday, he had inspectors lined up for Monday!!!! And I mean all the ones I request not just the standard home but insect a wasp, etc. And if you haven't purchased a home before [or if you have] the next step is going through all the inspections. And WOW is that NOT fun!!! My team had my back. Brian let me know who he recommended for the standard home inspection, insect inspection and roof inspection company's that had really great reputations and gave me time to research them or choose a different company. I did go with his recommendation as all 3 company's had stellar reputations in their field. They all did a very through job and gave me a very practical over view of the property. Again, these inspections are needed but they are not exactly cheap. I don't know if Brian does this for all his client but he paid for our roof inspection. He didn't even tell me; I was only a couple of days before we closed and I was going over my expense spreadsheet to see where I was budget wise and notice I hadn't paid for the roof inspection. So, I texted Brian [on a Saturday, he us usually available] and ask and that's when he told me he paid for the inspection. I nearly cried!!! I mean come on who does that... With that practical over view I got a little nervous, however Brian took the "scare" factor out when we wrote the counter 'Request for Repair' document. We went through all the appraisals and he counseled and gave his opinion based on his experience but left the decision on what to add or not to us [again LOVE that]. And when the owners came back with 'can't fix, can give credit' Brian counseled requesting lowering the price because that was in my best interest [in this instance] even though lower price for me is, I think, lower commission for him. But he is ALWAYS looking out and thinking of his client first. When it started to become really real that I was going to get the house!!!! It became obvious that I did not know the area or have any real contact but Brian and his team to help me to arrange and get as much of the work done on the house that the inspectors found as I could. I asked Brian for his help and he just jumped on it and found a contractor that was affordable I was able to get a majority of the work needed [couldn't do the roof]. He not only arranges for the contractor but because I lived 2.5 hours away, he met the contractor at my soon to be home and when over everything Brian and I had previously gone over that I wanted and needed. He also texted to verify will at the house just to make sure that he had everything correct. He also met the contract on a Monday [I couldn't take off more work] to let him in to start painting a few days before we moved in. I really don't think I could have gotten through this incredibly stressful time with the Coronavirus, moving my family of 7 to a completely new area and knowing I will have to eventually find a new job in this economy without the support of Brian Zamora with The Golden Group -Keller Williams.     This company is the same as Eminent Realty Services but just works under three different names…read more Elite, Eminent, and Executive Lending. Please do not use this company to manage your properties. Unfortunately, you will be very disappointed, your properties will be either mismanaged or unmanaged, and you will likely be responsible for even higher or more costs with them "helping" you than you would have been without their fraudulent claims of being able to support you. They not only practice unlawful acts; that continuously increases the risk of the owner to be sued and negligible for any additional costs, but seemingly have no clue what they are doing. These companies are already very loosely regulated and get into business way too easily, please do your due diligence and ask for references and research prior to hiring or using shady services such as this one. Learn from me.

After moving out, we were waiting for a security deposit that we had to continuously ask for. After 21 days, the legal amount of time that a landlord has to return the security deposit or send an itemized list of deductions per California law, we still did not hear anything regarding our security deposit. Then when we finally got a response, they asked for our forwarding address and stated that a check had been sent out that we never received. After 42 days, I called the office multiple times and when I finally got a call back he stated he can send it to us via Zelle. He was very rude and sent a partial payment of the security deposit amount. He refused to send full amount despite not following the California law. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    Ok. After reading some of these reviews I have to step in…read more Some background about me. I am an owner of multiple properties (a mix of duplexes and triplexes etc.) that Realty Roundup manages for me. I finally found Realty Roundup after going through a number of property managers that were truly terrible over the years. I can say that overall Realty Roundup has done a great job for me as a landlord - rent collections, monthly financial statements, connecting me with local contractors - all with a fair price. At the same time as a landlord, I can say that Realty Roundup sticks up for the tenants when appliances need fixing or repairing, making sure to upkeep the property, and responding to tenants when they need something, working with tenants who are behind on their rents to avoid costly and lengthy evictions that hurts everybody both landlords and tenants alike. The problem lies with: 1) Deadbeat landlords that refuse to pay a penny for regular repairs and maintenance that expect full market rents and timely payments. When landlords refuse to properly maintain the property, the property managers (i.e. Realty Roundup) gets blamed for the for what the landlord refuses to do. I can tell you from discussions with my property manager that Realty Roundup finds these type of landlords very frustrating to deal with and has even "fired" these deadbeat landlords over time. 2) Tenants that absolutely disrespect the property for no reason. I've lived in my house for 16 years and have never seen the type of damage that is caused by some tenants who rent a place for say 2 years. Hardwood floors being destroyed, appliances stolen, rooms spray painted with graffiti and fixtures destroyed or stolen. All the while they stopped paying any rent for the last six months or so. Why? This causes repairs, maintenance, renovations and turnover costs to be astronomical which results in higher rents, more scrutiny, less appetite to be flexible and loss of funds to accommodate tenant requests in the future. All the while Realty Roundup is stuck in the middle getting it from both the tenant and the landlord for doing a bad job. Landlords and tenants need to both be responsible so that Realty Roundup (and frankly all property managers) can do its job properly. Thank you Realty Roundup (and my property manager MJ) for doing a fantastic job for both me and my tenants.

Do you even know that the side door to the master bedroom yard has no lock. In Fact anyone get in through any doors. And when the fence is broken, there is no question of how anyone got in. The side fence, and front gate were broken and it took you more than 3 months to repair. in 5 years, this is the 2nd time you responded to my post. You never responded to my emails sent to you or Paula. I sent you an email on 08/10/21 and then on 09/13/2021 with pictures of the window. Now you can see those posted here on Yelp. The email clearly said, we were out of town, there is a bullet hole or something, gate has been broken for 3 months. Negligence from the owner and property management to fix that. The long crack is due to Realty round up not caring about the property and not fixing it when they got my email (wear and tear in 5 years due to heat ). Why in the world do you need a maintenance order if I sent you pictures in the email and notified you? You can't read a simple email. You did not care about he property then. And sorry, but you did not do me any favors by removing that charge , which should never be sent to me in the first place. Washer /dryer - NO paula did not forget and did not remember. she clearly told me the owner wants it back. Paula said to send her the email where I said i was replacing it , or I will have to bring it back. I had to prove myself that I had sent an email to you guys that I was replacing it. I have the text messages sent to Paula. Garden - the guy I hired and who came and mowed the lawn, garden and side fence outside on 03/07, i got his messages and pictures also. And the judge can see if the court loves the rat infested jungle when I moved there, or the garden I left. Rats - for the records, i had flowers in the garden Debbie. not food. Rats made the holes in the house, that I blocked with thick towels. You guys never cared to look or ask how they got into the house. you only placed traps in the attic, and the pest control told you guys there is a gap that should be closed, but you guys never did that either. tree stump - were firewood/ 4 years old ready to burn, since there is a fireplace inside, and i left my fire pit outside. that was more than $500 dollars worth. you did not even tell me to take it, after i emailed and told paula wat the wood is worth. but you will get a chance to justify all your incorrect reconciliation soon. Never want to fix anything but happy to keep my deposit to fix it all now. I do not want to waste my time and energy over you anymore. However, I will ensure I never recommend anyone to your company ever. The sad part is that not only your tenants but your landlords and vendors are unhappy and complaining based on the comments on yelp.
