Their office is extremely clean & is decorated so nice that it doesn't feel like a doctors office. A couple of years ago, Dr. Tran sent me to an urgent care for an Xray & I was extremely surprised when he personally called me around 7pm (after hours) to ask if I was feeling better/what they diagnosed me with. Both doctors are extremely caring & passionate! In my experience, Dr. Moore, isn't nearly as compassionate as Dr. Zumaya & Dr. Tran. 10/10 recommend them as your PCP!

I sat in the back waiting to see the Dr. for over 1 1/2 and he never even came in after an hour and half i got up and left if the Dr. is never coming in or sending anyone to see you or let you know why the hell are being charged your copay for nothing. I understand that you may wait a bit but between the lobby and the exam room i feel that 2+ hours is ridiculous and when you hear the Dr going to all the exam rooms but yours it does say they do not care about you or why you are their. as far as i am concerned to hell with that cardiologist.

Hip will not support my weight, and I have lost 30lbs since the surgery. If I roll over on my left side, while sleeping, I get excruciating bolts of pain from the joint. Constant pain from knee to joint. Can run or walk briskly ... It's miserable. I followed all the post op instructions and was diligent with physical therapy All the Dr. had to say was that the surgery went well. They ran multiple tests, beyond what I had figured they would, trying to find answers for me. They listened to my concerns and actually addressed them instead of dismissing like most Drs/nurses would. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and heard. Would 10/10 recommend coming here for anything. I will let everyone I know this is the place to go in Lubbock. You get the small town, personal care, with big city medical knowledge.
