He has been working with me for over a year now and is responsible for my new lawn. I installed new lawn in April 24' as cable co. totally destroyed my lawn. During my recent treatment, Michael was on his hands and knees looking for a problem I had called about. He found the little ba---rds and treated my lawn accordingly. From the Office Supervisor (Chris), who was also on hands and knees assessing a past problem (he gave me info to kill torpedo grass that actually worked), to my Tech Michael, they deserve 10 stars!! Kudos to Fairway Lawns in having the sense to employ both, as they are great assets to the company and to their customers.

I reached out months ago to complain about my mothers lawn and how not only has the brand new sod…read moreshe put down been mostly killed, but half the lawn is now overgrown with crabgrass and nutsedge. I was told a supervisor would personally go out and inspect and get back to me and its now been over a week with no contact. My mother forwarded me the "treatment report" which made NO mention of the weeds everywhere, nor any mention of efforts being made to kill, remove or otherwise prevent them. Despite being in constant contact via phone and text with a "manager" who has repeatedly promised he is going to personally address and correct the problem, I have seen absolutely ZERO change in my mothers yard, nor any plan to correct, nor any update on how they plan to make any of this right including the $140 a month they are charging my mother for their "platinum service". While I dont expect things to change overnight, 4 weeks of waiting for even the most basic of promises to be kept with ZERO results is unacceptable in any way shape or form. I have reached out via phone, email, their website, facebook, google, and every other contact method they list available and am told every single time that the situation will be escalated to the appropriate manager and handled, and that I should expect a call back asap, after a week goes by I reach out again and am told the same thing. Im shocked you duped her into paying 140 a month for your services spraying a lawn as small as she is, guess you really needed to take advantage of a 76 year old lady who cant even walk. Thus i can understand why you have made no effort to correct, address, or reach back out to discuss my complaint, thus its now getting posted publicly everywhere. the photos provided were what was a freshly resodded lawn before you took over, its now 95% dead and full of MASSIVE areas of crabgrass and nutsedge. absolutely nothing you are doing is worth 140 a month to a senior citizen who cant even go out to look at this herself due to mobility issues but simply trusts that the company she is paying this much would never let a lawn turn into something like this.
