Two years ago i spent $8k in two months, and after being treated like a broke second class citizen I complained to their corp office. A week later i received a letter from their legal office in NY stating I had exceeded the purchase limits even though they were happy to take my money at the time and never mentioned the purchase limits and was officially banned for two years. twentysix months later i contacted sales associate Rocio Pena advising her I wanted to purchase a 200ml bottle of cologne. Once i entered the store a different sales associate rudely advised me they could not serve me. I explained the two year ban was over and after consulting with the store manager they graciously agreed to sell me the bottle. During the checkout procedure Rocio Pena stated they did not have any samples or gift boxes even though i was spending over $600. Once I got home I noticed the box had been opened and msgd Rocio Pena about it and she never replied. Never again will I subject myself to this poor service !!!

I found El Ranchito through Google (didn't look at reviews, just wanted to see if they only carried boots like some western wear places do). We stopped over today shortly after opening (11am as per google) but their sign read that they open at noon. No problem. Just know they open around noon. Place is small, but packed with neat stuff. Good stuff. (I'm not a huge western wear person, but grew up in a small farm town and know a thing or two about what to look for in a decent thread.) El Ranchito had a big selection and the quality of their product was really decent. Not like last-forever quality but pretty decent. Prices were fair in the current economy. I'd really recommend taking a look if you like anything western or are trying to make a costume. The staff were super nice. Not fake nice like most people working in retail. They seemed happy, which means a lot to me when I stop into any place. They keep their shop clean and cool. There's a dressing room. It's really chill in there. Check it out.
