The sandals I bought broke, and the damage was quite significant. When I went back to the store, they didn't offer any real help or solution. The only option given to me was to pay to have them fixed, which didn't feel fair considering the situation. On top of that, some of staff was not welcoming or helpful, which made the experience even worse. As a customer , I expected better service and support. Two years ago i spent $8k in two months, and after being treated like a broke second class citizen I complained to their corp office. A week later i received a letter from their legal office in NY stating I had exceeded the purchase limits even though they were happy to take my money at the time and never mentioned the purchase limits and was officially banned for two years. twentysix months later i contacted sales associate Rocio Pena advising her I wanted to purchase a 200ml bottle of cologne. Once i entered the store a different sales associate rudely advised me they could not serve me. I explained the two year ban was over and after consulting with the store manager they graciously agreed to sell me the bottle. During the checkout procedure Rocio Pena stated they did not have any samples or gift boxes even though i was spending over $600. Once I got home I noticed the box had been opened and msgd Rocio Pena about it and she never replied. Never again will I subject myself to this poor service !!!

We stopped over today shortly after opening (11am as per google) but their sign read that they open at noon. No problem. Just know they open around noon. Place is small, but packed with neat stuff. Good stuff. (I'm not a huge western wear person, but grew up in a small farm town and know a thing or two about what to look for in a decent thread.) El Ranchito had a big selection and the quality of their product was really decent. Not like last-forever quality but pretty decent. Prices were fair in the current economy. I'd really recommend taking a look if you like anything western or are trying to make a costume. The staff were super nice. Not fake nice like most people working in retail. They seemed happy, which means a lot to me when I stop into any place. They keep their shop clean and cool. There's a dressing room. It's really chill in there. Check it out.

I bought a leather sectional about two years ago for a hefty chunk of change and felt it was a good…read moreinvestment because it was leather, a dark color and my toe small dogs and older cat never damaged furniture in the past. However, I adopted a 4-week old kitten last September and she scratched it up in several areas as she launched off on her many adventures. My small dogs developed a bad habit of licking the leather, which caused the dark blue color to fade to white in certain areas and became a real eye sore. I was sure the sectional would be trashed in a short time if I didn't get it cleaned, repaired, and reconditioned. I was nervous that it was going to be very expensive and not have the results I was hoping for. Leather Medic to the rescue! They did an amazing job of repairing the scratches, touching up the fading, a thorough cleaning, and reconditioning. They have patents for their cleaning and conditioning products. It was not an easy task to say the least considering the color was really a two-toned. However, the technician was extremely professional and clearly showed he knew what he was doing and took pride in his craftsmanship. He explained how they mix the colors to match as closely as possible and not show clear signs that the damaged areas were repaired. It was a 5-hr job and it turned out better than expected. I was blown away. It was the best money spent and my sectional looks almost as if I just bought it. They are amazing and know what they are doing. It's nice to know they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them if you have any leather furniture restoration or repair needs. While I didn't take a photo of the after effect, trust me. it looks as good as new. Thank you, Leather Medic!
