After having gone through three other landscaping companies who were very unreliable, it was a gift to find these guys. They have been Lifesavers to us and literally cannot say enough good that would do justice. After our third company quit showing up, we called Barrera's for a quote. They called me back ten minutes later with a quote and I asked when they could come cut the grass....they showed up in less than five minutes!! While they were here, my husband decided to ask them about a ditch on the side of our property. (Because of all the problems with the other companies, this ditch had become severely overgrown with weeds so thick it broke our little weed eater.). They told us what they could do and would show up Monday, just a few days later. Sure enough, they came and worked so extremely hard to clear out the ditch and even hauled everything away. If you need Falls Tree to cut down some trees, they're solid. We used them for years in our…read morebackyard. However.... If you are considering using them for tree cables --- I would look elsewhere. Here's why: December 2022: Cable breaks on large oak tree and is replaced by Mr. Falls Crew. March 2025: The same large oak tree was pruned to prevent the cables from breaking.  August 2025: The same cable breaks again. Foreman at Mr. Falls replaces it and apologized to us because he said the Falls crew that installed the cable in 12/2022 did it wrong, and that's why it broke.  February 2026: The same cable breaks again... for the third time in a span of less than 3.5 years.  Bear in mind that tree cables are supposed to last 20+ years. It's now June 2026 and we're still waiting for a Falls Tree crew to come out and fix it (after saying they would on at least three different occasions over the phone). If you're looking for tree cabling, you want a communicative company who can stand behind their work. After waiting 3+ months, it appears they do not.

They were prompt during the quote, many other local companies would not return my voicemails during that process. Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

After Kurtis Nunns of "Next Level Lawn Care Services" took a couple hundred dollars from my handicapped father for yard work and never completed the job, Nathan stepped up and offered to do the remainder of the job at no charge.
