This is not a review on this firm's work. I have worked with them before as you can see by my previous reviews and they do good work. And generally any issues they address. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. They responded first thing the following morning and came out same day to provide an estimate. I went ahead and scheduled gutter cleaning and flush out. They came the next day, early. Prior to the scheduled appointment, they called in advance. When they were on their way, I received an automated text. When they showed up, I was immediately handed a business card and they wore sweatshirts and hats representing the company. When service began, I received an automated text as well as when service ended. I also received an auto email receipt. The service was completed extremely timely and efficiently. Robert and Earl Lucas responded quickly to my request for an estimate (quite reasonable) and scheduled my gutter cleaning to meet my timeframe. the gutters are covered and all the downspouts were clogged, so it was a pretty significant task. the icing on the cake was when Robert blew our pool area to remove the fallen leaves. They took out the rotten wood and replace it with new ones , put caulking to seal it and also repair the front part of the roof took the old rotten wood out and place the new one and put new shingles . DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I hired Lucas Special Services to replace my dryer vent and to pressure wash and re-sand the paver joints on my patio. They installed the dryer vent without screwing the hood into the wall - just sticking it on the end of the duct work and caulking. They did an extremely poor job pressure washing - I had to spend 2 hours wire brushing the joints to get out the moss they could have easily removed with the hose. They first suggested putting polymeric sand down while the patio was still wet (!!!), which I refused to allow. When they came back to finish the job, they had no compactor, no leaf blower, and it wasn't even clear that had a push broom. They told me a compactor was not necessary. Stay away from this company. I bought a Groupon for them to clean my gutters in July, 2020. It took 9 months of me trying to get in contact with them before they actually came out and provided the services. They damaged the shingles on the roof and proceeded to throw all of the leaves and debris from the gutters all over my newly graded and seeded yard.
