The Trikes were without accessories so I had Tonka Cycle order rear lights, front reflectors, bottle holders, rear view mirrors, phone holders, a light attachable to my helmet for night biking, a bag with tools in case of flat tires, and a tire pressure pump. We had to start from scratch since we hadn't biked for 20 years.They did an awesome job and a very reasonable price for all of this. I would highly recommend them!

The bikes are (perhaps unsurprisingly) quite pricey and, though sturdy are also heavy and somewhat unwieldy. The store is relatively small with a limited selection. Specifically the store had no tricycles for me to peruse or test. The lack of an electric tricycle was problematic since I had traveled a fair distance to sample a Pedego trike. The store owner was affable, voluble and knowledgeable. He said that he would notify me as soon as he had an electric trike in stock. That was several weeks ago and unfortunately I never heard from him. To be fair the matter might have completely slipped his mind but it is still irritating. I would have liked to have an opportunity to evaluate a trike but apparently it wasn't to be. In any case I'm reconsidering my options. Who knows, I might contemplate a Pedego product in the future.

He is overweight, didn't catch his name and making remarks at my kids. My son wanted a protein bar from their sale section. I said "no" so he just set it down, not put it back where he got it from. This employee comes screaming at us, about the bar being displaced back. Then, we wanted to look at some cargo bike options but he was short and rude with my husband to his questions. This employee was extremely incompetent. We just left the store and will be buying online , not from Eric's.

We're five weeks in and still can't get an ETA on when it might be done. We're halfway through the summer. This is a bike that will be good for one to two seasons at most. The staff was completely unapologetic. Rather than wait for warranty I took the bike to gear West and I'm paying for a repair.

So many reasons why you have to love the LRT…read more 1) It's just an awesome paved trail. It's a little MSP luxury most other cities don't have. 2) It's beautiful. Great scenary along the way. 3) It has a volunteer that rides along and helps people out, like a buddy who gets you home if you're too drunk. 4) It's long. You can get a serious ride in or a small portion. After I bought my bike, this was the first place I went. God bless the LRT.

The gravel on the trail is always nicely evened out, and the paths are wide enough to support people going both directions comfortably. It makes a fun day trip to ride in from Edina or Hopkins and go to a restaurant on the Minnetonka lakeside. Excelsior is a little further along the trail, so if you want to go shopping then that's an option too! The trail can get a little crowded on nice days, and there are kind of a lot of stop signs at a few points. But overall a fun way to spend an afternoon!

I gave them my 30-year-old Trek 730 that had fallen into a bad state of disrepair because I hadn't ridden in so long and hadn't maintained it. I had regrets afterward, because I had loved that bike, which fit me just right and had taken me many miles. I had thought it was probably too far gone to be repairable and figured it might have gone to the scrap heap. But I contacted the City of SLP, anyway, to ask. A few days later, their solid waste manager contacted me and said the bike was being reconditioned at Jonny Rock and that I could get in touch with them. This I did, and Jon contacted me when the work was done. There it was, my old bike, completely restored and ready to ride again. Better yet, Jon said he was only charging me for the repair as if I had brought it in on my to be repaired rather than charging me for the bike as if I were a new person coming in to buy.

Really crappy attitude. I've purchased high-end bikes from them and am a member of their Fanatic…read moreclub. When I brought my fat bike in for tubeless tire swap they quoted me a time of 5 days. Today, five days later, since I had not heard from them, I called to check on the bike. They told me it was not ready and that it would be another 2 weeks. After some conversation they moved things up but the attitude over there is severely negative. Will definitely find another shop from here out.
