WARNING - SPRUCE GROVE EAST SELLS FAULTY PRODUCTS. The owner does not care about repeat customers. I purchased a vape cartridge from them and when I got home I had discovered that it was in fact a dud, giving all my different pens an error message. I drove right back to the store and politely asked for them to exchange it for one that actually worked, they confirmed that it in fact does not work on their pens either. The owner then said he cannot refund it and that he's sorry and can give me 10% off of another one. (So now im paying 100$ for a 50$ product, that also may not work) I have never felt so taken advantage of by a legitimate establishment like this before, they used to be my go to spot but I will not be returning again. I am very disappointed as I usually look forward to the staff I see there because they are all so pleasant. Stay away unless you want to gamble your money on faulty products that they won't stand by, even if you were just there 10 minutes before. read more
