But they were kind caring just overall nice people and I know it's probably part of their job and part of their business but you know not really some people just are not meant for any job but these people are almost like you were family and they were treating you with such respect it was wonderful. I went back today but not to the funeral home but to go to the services as a church and then later to the cemetery and I just saw how wonderful they have done such a great job.

The casket was not closed and the funeral Director called the deceased 's husband to the front of the room to discuss charges that they forgot to bill - to open the Grave for an additional cost of $5,000. They locked their keys in the limo and announced to the family in front of everyone that they needed to get their own ride to the cemetery. The funeral procession was taken on the highway when there was a direct back route. They were going too fast and it was diifficult to keep up. The casket was filthy, dinged up and faded. And finally they are supposed to wait for the guests to leave the cemetery and the casket placed in the ground before the funeral limo leaves the cemetery . They took off before anyone else. Unprofessional entity who does not know ethics or manners.

We did not care that you lost your father 3 years ago or that you knew my uncle, but not so much my father. You stated that he attended a college that my mother attended and were the most uncouth man by the way you spoke to my sisters.
