I had multiple phone calls with them and they were able to assist me even though I was in California. I mostly spoke with Jake and Colton during this process. Lola and her team had every detail covered. The amenities and services provided to our loved one and our visitors made the experience exceptional at this time of sorrow. Chinese snacks and refreshments were provided for the day. The car service and police detail were excellent. Hamel did their due diligence by driving out to the cemetery and our funeral route in preparation for the day of the funeral.
