Fortunately, I found Venture-X. They are less than 3 miles from my home and they had exactly what I need - a great place to think and to work. I signed a 6 month lease for a private office and I have been smashing my work ever since. I have 24-hour, 7 days a week access. The internet is great (both wired and WiFi), the fully automatic expresso machine makes great expressos, etc. They even found a place for me to park my bike. As nice as the facilities are, what really makes this place special is the staff - Ron, Hina, & Hira. I had lots of questions at first and they were very kind and patient with me. They facilitated all my requests and just did a great job of welcoming me. It is nice when you walk into a place and the first thing you hear is "Hi John", etc. The spread they put out for a Thanksgiving lunch was serious (see picture). The location is excellent - right in the Fairview Village, across from The Revolving Kitchen. If you are looking for workspace, you need to check out Venture-X - they also have conference rooms and several different types of workspaces. Highly recommended.

We needed a local co-working space primarily for meetings, rather than a regular physical office space. We signed the M/M lease in March, in anticipation of utilizing the conference room for an all day team meeting mid March. The meeting was schedule and then cancelled because of COVID-19. Now it's mid-April and we are still sheltering place, can cannot technically utilize the facility and probably won't be able to utilize the facility for several more weeks. I asked to suspend because I never one used the facility, thinking perhaps the Pandemic will subside in the fall. Management was unable to offer anything. Almost all businesses are sensitive to the pandemic and the challenges all people face. But not Premier. No long term thinking. No sensitivity to the fact by State order, we are suppose to "stay home". This review isn't really about the $500 startup and pre-payment I made for March or the $200 a month they auto charge, and the 30 day cancellation policy which means I'll pay them nearly $1,000 for nothing. It's really a review of their style and grace and personality that motivated me to cancel completely. I can office anywhere but won't again at any Premier Workspaces, nor will I recommend them.

This Regus location is conveniently located in Watters Creek shopping center (at Bethany and I-75)…read more It was a little challenging finding the actual offices as they are not easily identified in the jungle of retail stores and restaurants. Regus and other companies are located on the second floor of one of the buildings on this campus, and are accessed from the parking garage side (not the retail front). Parking is convenient in the garage, but appears to get congested when I leave around 6:00 pm (Cheesecake Factory patrons park here). The office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. I tend to work past when the reception closes. I just need to make sure that I use the restrooms or have everything with me before they lock the front doors. The actual space is nice, and spacious. I explored the office space a little more this last time, and there are plenty of empty offices for rent. They have a limited number of shared offices (about $40 per day). I usually get a single day office (about $80 per day). There is free wifi and use of their phone in the office. There are limited supplies but there is a copy room that one can use. The coffee and tea are complimentary. I really like this location. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient, and there are plenty of distractions around if you need a break.

We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.
