He is extremely busy as a corporate attorney and pressed for time and relies on MY judgement for many decisions. She made a comment when he was forced to visit - EVEN AS A BACK UP OFFER - that she could not recommend my offer to the sellers until he saw it. This implied that all of our work scrambling to get the paperwork together was for naught as we were initially competing with another offer. I pulled our back up offer and would rather not have a chance to live in the house than help put money in her pocket.

We asked very nicely if they could mail a copy and they refused to do so! Finally, they said "go get it from your real estate agent" What a shame! All marketing and saying the right things but that one extra step for the customer nonexistent. NOT GOOD!
