He was very precise and the tattoo was quick and easy- literally takes longer to set up for the tattoo than it takes to actually tattoo something this small. I got saniderm for the first time and definitely like that this is the new norm for tattoos. He explained how it helps tattoos heal faster and not scab. It worked really well and my tattoo looks fantastic and isn't scabbing which amazed me. Tattoo was $75 (artist minimum I believe) plus tip. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend to friends.

Not knowing we couldn't bring a 10 yr old( nothing posted in the shop or or on a policy board), we got started with the tattoos as one of us sat with my as son they requested. This was done in close range and my husband stood next to me the majority of my tattoo as well and was never addressed. It seemed fine, at the moment. Although the shop was busy my son was quiet and my husband watched my tattoo. After finishing my tattoo, a break, and coming back in, my husband asked me to watch his tattoo as he did mines. I went to the car with my son instead for about 45 mins. After coming in and from using the bathroom, I stood there with my son sitting in a chair less than a few feet away from my son for a 3 mins total, the owner asks me to sit across the room for no reason, thinking my husband would be quiet. He wasn't. It was rude and audacious for him to address me, a female, thinking her husband would sit idle, while he aggressively tells me to sit across the room for no reason. Never was my husband spoken to while he stood over my tattoo, what's the issue all of a sudden? Speaking since he literally watched most of my tattoo from over my shoulder with my son sitting in the exact chair as before during my session. Confronted by my husband the owner gave every excuse( 4different to be exact; people don't normally bring kids, the policy, "it's crowded" while empty, people come her to get away from kids) One, if you want to sideline a female with rudeness, to intimidate for no reason at all you're a coward (a bitch honestly) . Two, if it is for insurance purposes, why is it not posted on a list of rules for the establishment? Three, after being there almost 4 hrs and the child sitting quietly the entire time, what was the reason, honestly ?? He wasn't expecting my husband to speak upon the situation while there, and had ever text book excuse he could give. The artists are great, but the owner will definitely be the cause of more business to be lost. After 320 bucks, I'll never drop another dime into his establishment as is it represents him, and he has shown how poor his attitude, demeanor, and his lack to execution with small matter in his shop. He honestly comes off as he hold an unnecessary prejudice. And I can't support that.

I came to this place in Feb 2022. I had thousands of dollars worth of tattoo removal to be done…read more Brows and a large bad foot tattoo. I paid 4k up front, paid brows as we went. $250 each session for partial removal. I ended up doing the foot twice, brows 4x. About the 2nd to 3rd brow session I started to realize something was very off with the techs knowledge and experience of real client interaction, the machine, complicated situations, wounds knowledge (handling and dressing), and a lack of progression with the lightening of the tattoo themselves. I myself have been in the tattooing industry for 22 years, second generation. Nelam had very little experience with services beyond a simple a light case, this became very obvious. Also charged me almost the twice the going rate.....seemingly to learn the pico laser further, on me as her guinea pig. I was having almost zero impoverishment/ lightening over 4 sessions. I was tired of hearing " you just need to be patient ". Others I knew were having far better results at Dermalase, at half the cost. I wanted my left over funds returned to seek efficient help elsewhere. Which they did return, but with a bit of opposition. When I asked for my funds and expressed my reasoning. Nelum refused to give copies of my medical records, and tried to get me to sign a no defamation form, instead of trying to problem solve in the situation. But these acts, raised serious red flags. Come to find out the word on the street is shes not even licensed to run a class 4 laser, which is the machine i went the to have used on me. MAKES PERFECT SENSE! Also the machine kept flashing that it needed serviced. Nelum quickly turned that off. Also makes sense. I have been the dermalase medspa for my foot now, and the difference of experience on all fronts is night and day. I went back and forth about sharing my experiences here at Nirvana. I hope this will help someone else not waste money here, at least for tattoo removal. I wish I read this before I went here! I cannot and do not speak for the other services offered here. I do 10 permanent cosmetics clients in ocala weekly. I refer about 3 women a week to tattoo removal. Bad tattoo brows is sadly an epidemic now. I have since stopped referring to Nirvana altogether in June. I refer 100% to Dermalase in Ocala and stand behind their experience, affordability, and patient handling. My experience with Nirvana was less than honest or desirable on all accounts. In recap, I spent over 2k here. With minimal results. Requested my remaining funds back. I was poorly handled for financial profit. Therefore they lost my business. Come to find out......the reasons I left were more than valid, and sime shady businessgoingon here. I waited a little longer than I should have to trust my gut. Live and learn.
