Last October 2024 I visited John's office to change my Medicare plan with Medica insurance. We…read moreagreed on the plan. Had a short visit and I left his office January 2025 I had not received my new Medica insurance card. I called John I inquired as to why I hadn't received one. His comment was ""you are the second one from your area that didn't get one. I'll check into it and call you back "".. 2 days later I called John. He wasn't in his office. I was assured that he would return my call. None. Next day I called his office again., I was told he just went across the bank, I'll have him return your call. He did not. I called Medica insurance. They had no application for me on plan change and non in pending. I called Medicare. After explaining all the above, Medicare approved the plan change. This in turn cost me a lot of money and time. Just be aware and check to make sure John follows thru on your request. We are not related. Just an odd coincidence having the same last name. I'm proud of mine, being a retired top real estate Agent in the top 1.5 % nation wide with our company. Honesty pays off

I got denied a home owners policy because I had some bushes a little too close to my house and some peeling paint on the soffit. I got a quote from a top insurance company no questions asked, these guys...? Well, yeah, didn't even consider it or give me a quote. I'll be canceling my auto insurance I've had here for 20 years. AND I'll not recommend them to anyone. Not impressed with this company. PS I created a yelp profile just to give them this review. Everyone nowadays uses Google, but you cannot find them listed on there so I thought I'd try and tell at least some people to beware.
