I've had trouble with U-Hauls corporate shops on more than one occasion. I once got a U-Haul that was spitting gas out of the sixth cylinder. That made the shop all the more wonderful. The owner mainly work the weekend and we were lucky enough to have med them. They do the same inspection on the trucks they rent out as they do for their own trailers when they are hauling horses. One of the owners was telling us how if she finds anything wrong she calls the U-Haul mechanic who is a little man that can fix anything according to her to come out and make sure everything is perfect before she will rent out a truck. They take pride in their work and the service they provide whether it be in the TAC shop or as a neighborhood U-Haul dealer. I highly recommend getting ant trucks or vehicles you need to move or hall good and materials from them. It was a great experience and they were very helpful.

Today (the owner's, I think) bulldog was dressed to go out into our weather from the North Pole- and he had a Mag Bar (are people from out of town allowed to call it that?) hoodie on!! So cute! I'm not sure if it was the owner that was at the counter but she was very friendly and engaging. She had a great selection of things that most horse owners would commonly need when getting to a horse show out of state. The prices are a little bit higher than what I'm used to in ohio, but she is in a fairly remote location, so the fact that she was there at all is pretty impressive. I was very grateful that I was able to get two out of the three items that I needed to satisfy my trip. If I attend the same horse show next year, and I need supplies again, I would happily patronize her store.
