I had sawdust, sand, and dog hair embedded in the carpet. It was returned to me with not one piece remaining in my carpet. They even went out of their way one day. My vehicle went in the ditch. They left their business to get a truck to pull me out. They even checked my vehicle to make sure I didn't do any damage (pulled it up on the lift) and didn't charge me anything. One afternoon while I was making plans for future appts.with mechanic ,the owner seemed irritated with mechanic or me ,,I could not tell why ,but it was showing &,made me feel a little uncomfortable.Seems if a customer is getting ready to spend another 3k$ in your business ,the owner would at least be somewhat A LITTLE HAPPY !,NOT THIS OWNER, the girls & the mech.working there at the time were nice.Even made plans with one girl-《One Thursday, i needed my blades changed on my ZERO turn mower,,usally a 15 min.job.Did not get my mower back till following Tuesday》 {totally destroyed $125 premium blades},《my heavy-duty Fab 1/4"deck was spit 6" with a piece of cable sticking out》.My hour meter showed 4.5hrs used,,empty gas tank that was full when delivered.(the mechanic said he cut the grass at shop (all gravel ),,but said owner cut his grass 2.i was upset and was told they would replace the blades and fix my deck ,(never happened).I made mechanic remove blades and grind what was left of blades.2 hours ,mech.put blades on with air impact too tight,ONE HOUR TO REMOVE 3 BLADES,ONE HOUR TO SHARPEN BLADES.THE OWNER WAS CUSSING at mech.for something he did.Other jobs was starting to drive away ,I knew every one that drove up &I told everyone what happened just so mech.would finish, half as fixinn what they destroyed.$900.00 of damage to deck &blades.The owner does not do any work himself ,,Come to find out from "Mech.,,my cousin FIRED THE OWNER FOR BEING A JERK!,,,. he was jealous of my friendship with the girls AND HE IS MARRIED!-,LOL."BEING JEALOUS of a Customer is the dumbest thing "Caution""::If you own anything nicer than the owner ,you could be his NEXT TARGET-!""BEWARE,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE-
