    This location is absolutely despicable. Where do I start? The service department is Utterly…read morepathetic- filled with incompetent bird brains who's practicing on vehicles!! My vehicle was at this location for a month and the day I picked it up, It broke down on the interstate while I was going 80 mph and almost caused my kids and I a horrible accident. This is after I paid them 3600. Not only did this place sabotage my warranty, and I probably could never use it again because the service riders are Pathetic, unprofessional , with no knowledge or training ( Ashley Ray), But after my vehicle was there for the second time for the SAME problem, I'm now being told I need to cough up another $2000 to fix ANOTHER issue they found. Isn't this a reason customers pay for a diagnostic? HOW IS ANOTHER ISSUE DETERMINED?! DID I NOT NEED A TURBO?! DID YOU misdiagnose my vehicle???Those customers who left over one star are definitely receiving a kickback because this place is ridiculous!!!! There's no communication once you drop your vehicle off And good luck if you get it and it's running correctly. I would not trust them with my lizard!!!!!!!!!!! I have never received Service this low and pathetic and all my life. I should have listened to CHAT GPT instead of these loosers !!!!RUNNNN FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have left several reviews on all social media platforms and although a rep from Gerry Lane has responded stating they'd like to "resolve" this issue, they've blocked my profiles in hopes to silence me!!! This place is dishonest, unprofessional and corrupt. You state my vehicle has high mileage:this is an everyday vehicle driven for almost 6 years, are your technicians not trained and equipped to handle a vehicle that with 126k miles?! If so: 1: yikes, that sucks( point proven) and 2:vital information like this should be relayed to the community so we can make informed decisions as to whether or not a customers like myself choose to let you guys work on our vehicles or should I say experiment on vehicles ? My vehicle has high mileage, yet you all offered several times for me to trade it in:Point proven!! Y'all are a rip off, trained to get over on women who you believe are vulnerable and gullible! Despite your response to my initial post- you're a service department, if it weren't for issues, you all will not be in business !!!You're in business to SERVE! DO BETTER, FIND BETTER, BE BETTER!!     To put it in 10 words or less Maggio GMC is absolutely amazing, awesome, incredible or any other…read moreword you want to use to describe a stellar GROUP of people! I purchased a 2023 Camaro SS convertible long distance from Maggio. I was looking for a very specific color combination and they had the car used in stock. I called and initially spoke with Carlyle and confirmed availability and the condition of the car. Based on my ridiculous amount of research the car was very fairly priced. During our first conversation he did not pressure me whatsoever to commit or leave a deposit. He didn't badger me for contact info or any information. I called him back and put down a deposit so I could plan my trip from North Carolina to Louisiana. I got my out the door price from Carlyle and booked my flight. When my wife and I got to the airport Douglas was waiting to pick us up. What an experience. He pointed out the sights along the way and told us all about Louisiana from the cane fields to craw fish he covered it all. After we spoke about the cuisine in Louisiana he showed us 3 different restaurants in New Roads where we could have the experience. He didn't just rattle off names he brought us there and showed us. When we arrived at the dealership everything was as advertised. The car was perfect as was Carlyle. As soon as we walked in the door the owner Clent came out to introduce himself and we had a great conversation. I have purchased a fair share of vehicles across the country and NEVER has the owner made a point to come out and introduce himself. Next we met with his son Derek to discuss extended warranty options. He was great and at no time did I feel pressured. The paper work was done in no time. We were ready to go in about an hour. That includes the inspection of the vehicle and the test drive. When we left everyone we came in contact with came out to wish us well and assure us they were available with any questions or concerns. Doulas gave my wife a hug instead of a handshake. What I sweet man. My wife spoke about several times during our 900 mile drive home. I not only feel like I made some friends but I felt like they welcomed us into the Maggio family. Needless to say I'm VERY impressed with Maggio GMC. If they are an option for your purchase and you don't work with them. You are doing it wrong!
