The job was completed in a timely manner and with an accurate estimate that they gave me. Upon receiving my car, I was very happy with the fix and can't tell two panels were even damaged to begin with. They definitely went the extra mile and vacuumed some of the spaces in my car as well. They didn't notify me at all the finishing date was changing. Was told November 10th my car was in clean up and would be ready the next day. I call next day, and it's now in assembly. When I stated I was told it was in clean up, suddenly I was in the wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in the office, mind you they've told me that everyday for a week. Not even sure they HAVE a manager at this point. I showed up to pick my car up despite being told it wasn't ready, was told they're putting the glass piece in now and washing it up. My back window wasn't damaged at ALL when I brought it in. This place is sketchy and dishonest. I think they broke my back window doing repairs and didn't tell me and tried to hide that repair. They needed over $2,000 worth of supplement money from the insurance company who has already given $1,400 which was more than enough for the damage I brought in. I filed a complaint with the state but avoid this place at all costs. They are the most sketchy dishonest people I've ever had to deal with.

Work was extremely overpriced and unprofessional with tape that was drooping on my heat shielding on my exhaust pipe at pick up and hanging wires I had to secure myself. Within a couple of days of picking it up, I had various electrical lights flashing I had never seen before. I called Carpenter's who offered to install MORE issues for more money. I brought it to the dealership who offered extremely pricey diagnostics and repairs worth more than what the vehicle was worth that would have just "undone Carpenter's damage". Contacted Carpenter's Campers management on this issue, they stone walled me and would not compromise for their damages without proof from dealership. All this with less than a week before my move across the country. I tried to contact a lawyer on short notice but ended up selling my previously perfectly drivable vehicle, with overpriced, DAMAGING work from Carpenter's Campers because I had to move, and I could not move this car safely cross country. Do not trust this dealership. They will damage your property with no shame.

It was a niche job that required someone with solid welding and exhaust knowledge and experience to work out. Jimmy was very up for the task. He was very perceptive of my OCD in regard to exhuast tip alignment and ensuring it was done correctly. Honestly I thought I had OCD about making sure all the thing were proper and level, but I think Jimmy might be even more OCD about it because he took his time ensuring proper fitment and alignment of my exhaust tips. I thank him for allowing me to be the OCD customer I was. All this came with a VERY reasonable price tag. I wouldn't ever skimp out on a quality job done by an experienced mechanic, and this shop has some good, experienced folks running it. They are always busy so getting on their radar earlier is better. This shop certainly cares about their customers which is weird since it seems no one actually cares about anything or anyone these days. Please do consider doing business with this small local shop. They mean well and they're quality Americans.
