There are few factory paint jobs that equal a black Mercedes Benz. The shine is so deep that it is hard to fathom that humans can match the quality. But that is exactly what the professionals at Tiger Point Paint and Body did. They painted the hood and two other panels of my beloved 2009 Mercedes CLK 550 convertible and perfectly duplicated the original quality of the paint. dropped my car off Monday, 4 days written on the estimate, they wrote out an estimate where my deductible would be covered, seven days later they got paid twice the amount of the first estimate and I still to pay my deductible. Was recently involved in a fender bender with my Jeep and needed a shop that would not only do quality work, but to do the work quickly (one area competitor said they couldn't even start my car until November) and Tiger Point hit the mark. Their price was fair (I was cash paying and not going through insurance) and I dropped my car off on a Wednesday, and 8 days later got a call saying it was already done. My son was in a fender bender and bent the bumper brackets on his truck. We bought a new bumper and the fixed the brackets. The reason I'm recommending them is that unlike three other places, they got him in for an estimate the day he called, gave us a great price and scheduled us on the spot for the following week despite the holiday. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was an option. The owner at the lot was extremely rude and hateful. I ended up hanging up on her cause it was getting me nowhere. Then I seen online that they were open on Saturday so I called and spoke to a driver and he was as bad as the owner. Must be part of their requirements to work there! He said they were closed on weekends and I said oh, I took off today cause I saw where you were open until 12. He said well we haven't been open weekends for forever. I said ok, I didn't know cause I not from around here. He then said pay me 200 and I'll come let you get it. I said what?? He said do you work for free??? He said cause Im not wasting 45 min of my time!! I said I didn't ask you too, I was just trying to figure out what to do! This company is awful and only cares about stacking more fees against you and could care less. read more

I was recently involved in my first "fender bender" in 40 years. I took my car to Tiger Point Paint and Body and I'm SO glad I did! My car is an older model but a collector's item in very good condition...kinda like me LOL Forrest and all the folks at Tiger Point Paint and Body went the extra mile by sending pictures and convinced my insurance company to replace with new headlights instead of old yellowed headlights since I had recently replaced them prior to the accident. I picked up my car and the front end looked like a brand new car again! The entire staff was very helpful. Forrest even notified the nearby rental car company to pick up my rental car from Tiger Point Paint and Body to save me the trip back to Enterprise. It was a very stressful time for me but the folks at Tiger Point Paint And Body made it a lot easier. read more

I took my car over to Tiger Point Paint and Body after someone hit my car. Forrest helped me get my car taken care of and they did a terrific job! My damage involved having to replace the door and quarter panel, which obviously also had painting involved. They did such a great job with everything! When replacing the pin stripe on the vehicle, they did the whole side of the car to ensure it all perfectly matched. No short cuts from Tiger Point Paint and Body! I also had an issue with my window lock that they were able to fix for me and my son had an odd request that they happily helped him with. I would absolutely go back and recommend them to anyone! The mark of a good business is how they respond to a problem, and this place is excellent. My truck was damaged, and towed here after an accident. They were an approved repair shop by my insurance company, so they replaced the entire body of the truck except for the cab, and repainted everything, even the underside of the bed, which wasn't done by the Toyota factory. Two years later, the clearcoat began to separate from the basecoat. I called asked for an estimate. The owner took one look, told me they had a problem with that brand of paint, and agreed on the spot to redo the clearcoatt at no cost to me. Now two years later, the clearcoat has begun to separate again, on a different section of the truck. No problem, said the owner, "we'll take care of it". And two days later, I got my truck back looking brand new. What a great experience! I'd recommend Tiger Point paint and body to anyone. read more

After waiting a month on these guys to have a small paint job done on a bumper I had removed from a car and brought to them. I was called up 4 days later and told they did not want to finish the job because the old paint had to be striped off. They were not interested in helping. Very bummed to say the least. I am a local in Navarre, therefore I do like to try and support local businesses, we have taken a few family cars to this location with little to no problems when picking up but this past time was awful. I took my vehicle here to get fixed after I got hit and upon pick up my car was covered in PRIMER. I have it splattered on my center console and different areas inside my vehicle and it was also ran over on the outside of my car splattering it on the side and splashing all through the wheel well. I asked the owner to simply have his employee fix the issue, I understand people/businesses have a bad day, and he just responded saying it was my fault, I was the one who got primer inside my vehicle and outside, keep in mind it's not like you can easily run over primer on the side of the road.. the dent that was supposed to be fixed on my car wasn't even completely fixed either. I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here, seems that their business has decreased in the past years, given they've been open for 20+, as I've said I like to support local businesses but I definitely will not be supporting or recommending anyone to take their car here. I don't like to be disrespected especially when I was simply trying to bring in business. read more

I had my roof repaired for rust spots and repainted. One year later the rust is returning in the same spots as before. The owner informed me there is no way to provide warranty on rust repair. I find this explanantion unsatisfactory. Warranty for your work is essential to a good business. No product underperformed but the actual work preparation to a paint job did. read more

Great service, excellent work and honest! This shop has done work on 2 different vehicles for me. Veh. 1 was Insurance paid and veh. 2 was private party paid. Veh. 2's estimate was more than actual work done, thus the owner returned about half the money. That honesty is rare these days! read more
