I called once again and spoke to someone who told me they would speak to the Manager and call me back on Monday (I had called on Friday). Today is the following Thursday and I STILL have not heard from them at all! I think they have really gone downhill. Perhaps because the main guy has now taken on IT Services for businesses leaving us home owned laptop/computer users in the dust. Very unfortunate. I need to find a new computer fixer, Ugh!
