We chose to visit Yen Hing Dragon Restaurant. The interior is a little dated, but this is typical of small town restaurants. It's obviously family run. Seating is a combination of booths and tables and chairs. The menu is pretty large and there's something for everyone. We went with the House Special fried rice, a lunch special of Sichuan Spicy Chicken (lunch special with hot and sour soup and an egg roll), an order of crab rangoon, an iced tea and a water. $29 and change before tip. The food came out after a very short wait. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted good. Our server was very attentive. If you're passing through Waukon give these guys a shot.
