My sister-in-laws were skeptical to go to a "thrift-store", but I told them that there would probably be some good items here bevy there are lots of very wealthy people in Park City and they would probably donate! Everyone was VERY satisfied with shopping here! Their clothing items are $10 for adult items and $5 for kids items, unless marked otherwise. It makes it easy to shop for clothing. There were really nice furniture items! I will need to be back with a larger vehicle!

When they were moving the large items out of my home they were very careful not to barge into my plant stands or trip over several rugs. I didn't have any idea how to gauge the load volume of my stuff. I estimated a full load. Nope. It was half a load. Their truck looks very well maintained and it' clean considering the stuff that goes in it. Value??? The bill was one half of my own estimate. I suggest that if you need this type of service give them a call. They will come to your house driving their truck. They are ready to load. If you want to look further, they are fine with that.

Parts of the furniture went to Pebbles and Twigs in Park City, a consignment shop, and also into a storage space close to my new address. The main guy in charge was professional and experienced. He had a great attitude, too. But the rest of the moving crew was made up of young, inexperienced boys, who received warnings and directions from the main guy throughout the move. Two boys took most of a day to leisurely pack my kitchen cupboards. One boy asked me if I was married, which was inappropriate and intrusive. One of my TVs was broken with a big thumbprint dent on the screen. My expensive pottery was broken and damaged the bookshelf as it fell. The cost of the move, which the owner of the company estimated to be around 2,000.00, ended up costing me over 7,000.00 (after a discount). They didn't have enough trucks, space, or movers, so we had to wait for that. It took two days for the items to be moved, which I attribute to poor planning, disorganization, and inexperienced packers. (I had twice the amount of stuff packed and moved from my house in Maryland, in about five hours in the past.) However, they did a good job moving my sofas up seven flights of stairs because the two sofas didn't fit in the elevator. So, overall, it was a mixed, stressful, and unpleasant experience. Needless to say, they didn't follow-up to ask about my moving experience or ask me for a review of their move. The bottom line is that I would not use them again for my next move, which is coming up in September.

They're good with listening to what you want and need but also good at assessing your situation to get you what will work for you.
