After trying them out with a couple of small orders, I recently had 70 pieces, shirts and jackets, embroidered with our company logo. I needed a quick turnaround, but still didn't have all of my pieces in hand due to shipping delays. I called ahead and Doug put us on the schedule in advance so that when I finally took everything in to the shop, he was able to complete the order within two days. This business is a family owned and operated. They have always provided a quality product, and good service at a very fair price. Whenever I have gone there, they are always busy. One of the neat things they do there is when you arrive there's a small area where all the work they have done is waiting for their customers to pick up There is some really cool embroidery done on some of those items. Turnaround time is usually about a week. And be prepared to pay upfront. I will continue to use Custom Design Embroidery, and highly recommend it to anyone needing some embroidery done on clothing.
