He experienced problems seeing up close and distances. This greatly affected his daily task completion. One of my husband's colleagues called Dr.Toompas' office and asked if he would see him. Without an appointment he examined my husband that very same day. A skilled exam resulted in a prescription and corrective lenses which arrived a week later and has given him back his ability to see clearly. My son Alex went there today for the second time and was told for the second time that they couldn't bill his insurance and that he had to pay that day. Alex being 19 just did what they said and left. I thought after a few days of back and forth with these people last time about the insurance that this was settled. They assured me that it was. Honestly, I should have known they didn't care and it wasn't over when they never provided an itemized bill, so we could submit a claim to the insurance. He had to ask for both itemized bills at today's appointment. They just want their money! Alex said he saw a different doctor today and he didn't even know why was there. This place isn't worth your time or your money!!!
