A toddler could easily hurt themselves on the metal stairs or if they fall off the extremely high platforms (up to the ceiling). This location also has arcade games everywhere and I do not understand why they aren't turned off during toddler time. No toddler would be able to do any them and they are either a danger or a distraction. They also add to noise, which is already a problem. Unlike other trampoline parks, half the features or more rely on air bags and air floors so there are very loud air blowers going the entire time, on top of music, on top of arcade sounds, on top of other kids. This, plus all the blinking lights and bright overhead lights is asking for overstimulation. I observed at least one child desperately trying to cover his ears and begging for headphones. It also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to your child or call out to them if they've run off (often the case if you have more than 1 child). It is very easy to lose track of any child in this place so not being able to call to each other is scary. They also did not close/lock the doors to utility storage areas which are dangerous and contain chemicals. There aren't any steps in the bathroom for hand washing either or at the fountain. The staff is young-ish, Early 20s? Nice enough but also not present or there to help. They seem to walk around and mop and are otherwise aloof or disinterested or quick to tell you they aren't a babysitter (I observed this being said to another patron, I think they asked if they would watch her one child while she changed another in the toilets). To be fair, I was the same type of hourly employee when I was 17. To end on a few positives, there is a designated area for toddlers that is always open, but the gate to it does not lock closed, and while my toddlers did like this area, they also grew bored after 10-15 minutes. The floor was very, very dirty. I wasn't required to use sky zone socks; I could use socks from another trampoline park. If outside food isn't allowed (I couldn't tell from any signs) no one cared that I gave my kids snacks and drinks from home. It was relatively easy to signup for my membership and then request a cancelation online. I appreciate this place offers a monthly unlimited pass ($29.99 per child, no discount for added siblings) that is "affordable" by comparison, but after two visits I can't see us coming back.

We sign in and the moms seat themselves at a freshly wiped table while the naughties run off and do what they do. 18 mins later, they are sweaty and thirsty and eyeing the concession stand so I roll my eyes and hand over my debit card to be used for an overpriced Slushie and a package of candy bc why wouldn't my kid need 2# of sugar right now. They snack, they drink, they run off again. All is well. 90 mins goes by and at the end of it, a handful of toddler girls come strolling through the entrance. We escaped just in time!

I was VERY pleased with the experience. One word to describe the experience with SBM is "Magical"! We invited Rapunzel and Belle (my daughter's favorite princesses) and Rapunzel was truly amazing with her signing ability. As it was a tea party, I asked the princesses to entertain the younger princesses with serving teas, princess etiquettes and singing and they were spot on! Communication with Michelle was all done via email and Rapunzel personally called me the night before the event to confirm the details. Wow! Let's just say I've been to other parties with Princesses and by far, no one can top the standard of SBM. One thing I must add is the personalized touches from SBM is the princess certification and the personalized thank you card from the princesses after the event. A+ for going above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a truly a magical and memorable birthday. Last August we hired Princess Ariel to come to our Pirates & Princesses themed birthday for a group of 4 year olds, and the second time, we hired Princess Snow White to come our Royalty themed party for a group of 3 year olds. At both parties, our hired princess was mind-blowingly engaging, absolutely spot on in character oufit, voice, and singing skills. I love how gentle and loving the character always is. My girls were completely mesmerized and to this day, constantly chatter about how much they love "snow white/ariel their best friend". This little company is truly above par. Even when you call to make your appointment they are in character. On the phone and in e-mail I was referred to as "Queen Liz". Truly, everything about Storybook Memories is charming, good, and has a fairy-tale ending.
