This location is so much bigger than the rest!!

This sky zone has so much more then the other locations in the area, it not only has the standard trampoline areas it has a large food court and arcade games. Ample seating although not ADA friendly, the benches give a great overlook of the area letting you stay in one place and still be able to oversee your kid. One downside lots of teens who aren't that into looking out for lil ones.

This was my first time visiting this Sky Zone location. I liked the layout. The staff were friendly. I appreciated the fact that there is a lot of seating for those not participating. My kiddos had a great time and we would visit again.

This is the kid who harassed us. I believe his name is Treshaun as that is what the worker referred to him as.

Terrible experience. An unattended child around the age of 10 proceeded to follow our group of about 10 girls round calling them "fat tortas", saying "you need a tampon" and making other very sexist comments. He also participated in public indecency by showing us his private parts completely unwarranted and extremely disgusting. The staff and manager did absolutely nothing and treated the whole situation like a joke. According to the staff he is an active member and comes daily. They also said he has done this numerous times, harassing just about anyone and that it's not enough to ban him. So unprofessional of the business and employees. This behavior is disgusting and unacceptable for a public place catering to young children.

A scent is pumped into the facility that is overpowering. So not bring any children that have breathing difficulties or sensory disorders.

It's a nice place for kids all ages. The arcade games are not included. Bring your own grip socks or they have some to purchase.

We've been members for YEARS. It must be under new management because, in the last year or so, they've descended on the children with draconian rules that have nothing to do with preventing injuries. I appreciate the importance of safety, but these rules exist purely for the purpose of micro-control, and its purpose is to suppress the spirit that we come here to foster and nurture. They see a kid smiling and they start to hover, and pace, like vultures or hyenas, desperate to find some ridiculous rule to throw at them. Then they swoop in and deliver the blow. The new staff seems to get off on it. It's a shame because it's unnecessary, and this place is really awesome otherwise! If Admin spent half as much time upping their game on food and beverages, customer service, and cleaning/disinfecting, this place, they could do incredible things with their profits and customer loyalty, and make the world a better place in the process by promoting happiness and mental health in our children. Instead, they force customers to buy their branded socks and sell sub-par food at a big mark-up. That's the limit of their business acumen...

As soon as you walk in, you're required to sign a waiver before you can enter. You're also required to have or purchase a special pair of their trampoline socks. These will come in handy when you're looking to jazz up your Halloween attire since they are bright orange. When you enter, which involves giving a high five to the attendant, it is astounding to look at the multitude of options that are available in this giant warehouse of fun. Trampolines are just the beginning. You could easily spend an entire day here and delight yourself adequately. I have some concerns about cleanliness and I wish there were more hand sanitizer stations dispersed throughout the play areas. There is a snack bar available, but it's mostly junk food items. They don't serve alcohol. There are a plethora of party areas upstairs and downstairs if you want to host an event here. The cost of an annual membership is actually pretty decent. Especially considering that you get 20% off at the snack bar and as well as other perks. If I lived closer, I would definitely consider it. Otherwise, for a first time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised.

It rains so rarely where I live, it'd be a shame to be indoors all day. It'd be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it's not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids' yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good, and they have a wide selection of beverages--including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I'd expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there's all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

This has always infuriated me, but if it happens once or twice a year I can excuse it. However, twice!? It feels like being charged double. Again, I have no complaints with the instructors or product itself. In fact, I have ONLY POSITIVE things to say about them. My daughter loves her class! That said, I'd highly advise against putting your kid in a Monday or Friday class as most Holidays just tend to fall on those days and they will charge you for the missed classes regardless.
