Kids on spring break, what to do?! They want to go jump on a different trampoline, one I have to pay for, not the one we already own, sitting in the back yard. The big brain mom that I am, decided I wasn't gonna take these brats to SkyZone in our community because 598 germy little kids would be there, sneezing and coughing and crying on every surface, so I figured we cross over the bridge and drive 25 mins away to Gresham where spring break is over. Win! The place is dead. Not a child in sight. We sign in and the moms seat themselves at a freshly wiped table while the naughties run off and do what they do. 18 mins later, they are sweaty and thirsty and eyeing the concession stand so I roll my eyes and hand over my debit card to be used for an overpriced Slushie and a package of candy bc why wouldn't my kid need 2# of sugar right now. They snack, they drink, they run off again. All is well. 90 mins goes by and at the end of it, a handful of toddler girls come strolling through the entrance. We escaped just in time! read more

They offer "toddler time" but a lot needs to change for it to be "toddler ready." Half of the play structures are not suitable for toddlers (5+ only) which isn't a deal breaker, but the stairs to these features are not blocked off or closed in any way during toddler time. A toddler could easily hurt themselves on the metal stairs or if they fall off the extremely high platforms (up to the ceiling). This location also has arcade games everywhere and I do not understand why they aren't turned off during toddler time. No toddler would be able to do any them and they are either a danger or a distraction. They also add to noise, which is already a problem. Unlike other trampoline parks, half the features or more rely on air bags and air floors so there are very loud air blowers going the entire time, on top of music, on top of arcade sounds, on top of other kids. This, plus all the blinking lights and bright overhead lights is asking for overstimulation. I observed at least one child desperately trying to cover his ears and begging for headphones. It also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to your child or call out to them if they've run off (often the case if you have more than 1 child). It is very easy to lose track of any child in this place so not being able to call to each other is scary. They also did not close/lock the doors to utility storage areas which are dangerous and contain chemicals. There aren't any steps in the bathroom for hand washing either or at the fountain. The staff is young-ish, Early 20s? Nice enough but also not present or there to help. They seem to walk around and mop and are otherwise aloof or disinterested or quick to tell you they aren't a babysitter (I observed this being said to another patron, I think they asked if they would watch her one child while she changed another in the toilets). To be fair, I was the same type of hourly employee when I was 17. To end on a few positives, there is a designated area for toddlers that is always open, but the gate to it does not lock closed, and while my toddlers did like this area, they also grew bored after 10-15 minutes. The floor was very, very dirty. I wasn't required to use sky zone socks; I could use socks from another trampoline park. If outside food isn't allowed (I couldn't tell from any signs) no one cared that I gave my kids snacks and drinks from home. It was relatively easy to signup for my membership and then request a cancelation online. I appreciate this place offers a monthly unlimited pass ($29.99 per child, no discount for added siblings) that is "affordable" by comparison, but after two visits I can't see us coming back. read more

Be careful coming here if you or your children are colored. This white lady yelled at me in front of everyone for accidentally almost sitting on these message chairs they have there. She told me I have to pay first but In a very weird and uncomfortable way that got parents attention near me. It genuinely felt like she was being subtle racist to me. A dad near me comforted me afterwards by telling me it also happened to him. Genuinely pathetic to know there's workers there who target colored in individuals to yell at or get some type of authority over you. Just for accidentally wanting to sit in a message chair. They don't tell you beforehand that you have to use their socks (even if you have your own grippy socks) and it's $5. PLUS do NOT GO EARLY. The Gresham location staff didn't start cleaning the main slide area attractions which take up a third of the building until 10mins after they opened and then she, at the pace of a sloth, slowly mopped the steps area for 40mins. When you're paying for 2hrs and half of the time is staff cleaning the area you wanted to use, it seems like a jip. Seems like something they should do before opening. read more

This sky zone has so much more then the other locations in the area, it not only has the standard trampoline areas it has a large food court and arcade games. Ample seating although not ADA friendly, the benches give a great overlook of the area letting you stay in one place and still be able to oversee your kid. One downside lots of teens who aren't that into looking out for lil ones. read more

Terrible experience. An unattended child around the age of 10 proceeded to follow our group of about 10 girls round calling them "fat tortas", saying "you need a tampon" and making other very sexist comments. He also participated in public indecency by showing us his private parts completely unwarranted and extremely disgusting. The staff and manager did absolutely nothing and treated the whole situation like a joke. According to the staff he is an active member and comes daily. They also said he has done this numerous times, harassing just about anyone and that it's not enough to ban him. So unprofessional of the business and employees. If you're expecting good customer service, caring and knowledgeable staff, safety, or quality services and products, this is not the place for you. If all you're expecting is a spot for your kids to run around wild in but without any of the above, then this place is for you. Staff doesn't monitor kids at all, but they tell you that they do; they tell you to let them know if there's an issue. Then, when you let them know, they tell you they are not babysitters. One staff person dressed in orange (adamantly refused to give me her name) told me "it's not my problem" when I asked for help. I tried to clarify what this means and she said she doesn't like my attitude. Meanwhile, older kids are smacking little kids around or bullying each other on the playground. As parents, we monitored but didn't feel comfortable telling other people's kids what to do or not do. So their model for how they operate is confusing and inequitable. It's not worth getting the membership because the quality of services is so poor and the food is so bad. It's also not worth getting a birthday package: you pay LESS and the kids end up playing LONGER if you just buy the individual $30/person, then go out for pizza or something afterwards. Everyone I know who paid for a bday package regretted it because of how little you get and how poorly staff treats you. I come from a background of customer service, I currently work in the food service industry, and I can't imagine ever treating a customer the way that I see these employees treating parents and children. I know that dealing with parents and children isn't easy, I deal with them myself, but if your employees are trained well and they are supported by management, they should be able to handle issues without a problem -- or at least be polite and know how to deescalate. read more

This is location is half the size of the other locations. There is only one main area for actual trampoline jumping. It's mostly obstacle courses. You can still have some fun though. The toddler area was filthy even though they just opened for the day. Clearly staff aren't sweeping or wiping any surfaces. read more

Compared to the other sky zone as well as defy this place was completely boring unless you are under the age of 6. Minimal areas to jump, no foam pits to launch into and basically a tiny obstacle course. The space could have been used so much better so we were completely disappointed.... Also FYI memberships are not shared between sky zones which sucks because we will never come back to this one.... The good.....it was super clean probably because it is still new. Very small for the amount of people they let in at once. Chaotic. My toddler had a great time but there was no worker supervision or bracelet differences between the kid zone and the rest of the place. So my two year old had to navigate rough housing 12 year olds and helicopter parents in the 4 and under area? Wild. A lot of parents were following their kids around and they had their shoes on, pretty disgusting. The kid zone was very dirty and not maintained very well for how early we went in which was surprising. Smelled like BO. The staff were all wandering around on their phones and it took us an hour to get our 2 churros we ordered. I like the idea but the application was very poor. Supposedly there is another sky zone in Vancouver so we may be checking that out. For what I paid I could order a ball pit and some crash pads in my garage and let the kid go wild. read more

We have been here so many times now with our 3 and 5 year olds. They beg to come! It is always so much fun. I love the toddler area and they are into many of the bigger parts as well. We love the big trampolines, dodgeball area and ropes course type thing. It 100% tires them out every time and they fall asleep on the ride home. Sky Zone is super clean and the staff is so nice. I came here this weekend for a birthday party & let me tell you , This place is utter chaos !!!!! Kids running around everywhere bumping into each other , children fighting eachother . No staff anywhere except the front desk . I have gone to two different sky zones in the Washington area so was excited they were opening a location closer to home but was sadly disappointed. A bunch of teenagers that don't give a damn are running the place . It was chaos everywhere in this place . The manager you can tell could not care less . There were 10 year olds in the 4 year old area trampling over my 4 year old . Adults pegging kids with the balls from the 4 year and under area . Teenagers running around in the toddler area and knocking kids down . I went and told a worker and they said " they're not baby sitters " but of course none of these kids parents are anywhere to be found. I literally watched 2 kids both physically attack another child and a staff member watched it and said notning to the kids. You wait in line for so long to get anything at the snack area and it's severely overpriced . They give you a certain color bracelet but don't kick anyone out . We got there at 1pm , left at 3 and never heard any announcement for when certain color bracelet times were up so there was just so many people in there that you can't do anything because there's just so many people in there . And there would be one child hogging one place forever so I had to intervene many times. I came here during the week once there was no one in the whole place so I thought that's why they weren't having people leave after 90 minutes I realized it's just pure laziness from the staff . I unfortunately bought a membership but will be canceling after this month and then will go back to the Vancouver location . I would not reccomend coming here . So my infant that can't even walk cost the same price as everyone else (30$). The manager stated that too many people were abusing the free admission? Had a birthday party here on Saturday and it was very busy as expected. There was only one employee in the party check in line which caused for a lot of delay checking in even though our guests were present before the start of party time. We did not get our party room until we asked and it was only 5-10 minutes before our jump time was over. Once all the kiddos were in the party room, we were informed that the pizza wasn't ready yet. We had to wait 25 minutes for the pizza and in that time the host was excellent and played games with the kids. However, we were rushed to eat and cut the cake since we only had 30 minutes because the pizza was so late. Then we were rushed out of our room once our time was up even though it was their fault because they were running behind on the food. The only stars go to the host who was amazing and had such great energy!!! Overall, after all the money we spent it was not worth it. I'll be reasonable and give this location 2 but, I am very disappointed with the employees that work here. My kids were getting followed, attacked, and maybe even harassed by these 3 older kids. I've heard that they have been here for a while coming back everyday and that they do the same thing but no one handles it. My kids came crying to me because they were throwing as hard as they could in dodgeball right into heads after my kids asked them to stop. When they told the employees that work around the park they did nothing about it and let them keep playing. I wish this location luck because I know other parents were not happy as well. My grandson had a party today at the Sky Zone in Beaverton, Oregon. I would like to make sure that the two young men who got our party room #6 at 12:45 ready for the party, were stellar! They quickly got the room cleaned up from the previous party, helped me hang decorations and set up the plates and tablecloth my daughter had brought. They were stellar in every way! SO FUN!! Went here with 2 of my nephews and we had a blast for 3+ hours. Multiple obstacle course races, trampolining, soccer and dodge ball playing, basketball dunking, and jumping, swinging and zip lining into huge fluffy cloud like cushions. The VR was probably my favorite. Play a bunch of games with your image on the screen and your movements making the gameplay. Good food selection too-- great pizza, seasoned waffle fries, churros and delicious ice cream treats were some of the faves. read more

Me and my friends had all our items stolen (phones, car keys, wallets, cash, cards) and absolutely no one cared. Conveniently enough the camera pointing to our stuff was "down" and the employees were less than helpful. It was most likely an employee who stole our stuff considering that it was late at night when we went and the only other people there was a large group of teenage employees and small children and the cards that were stolen were used at a vape shop. I have tried to call multiple times have left messages and spoken to the front desk who take my details and tell me a manger is going to call back but still nothing. I will not recommend this place for a Birthday party.. i made reservations 3 wks in advance never got an email for our 11 kids to register on line so i went their again to let them know that i never got an email they said they fixed the problem so i noticed still no email couple of days later showed up at the place again to gived them half of the cost so it wont be to much $$ to put at end of party and told them i still haven't got an email they told me you should get in in couple of hrs days went by an Nothing the day of party comes my guest are arriving the place is packed my guests are trying to sign up by this time iam being charged for 2 hrs of jumping and 1 hr of the party room by the time my guest finished signing in most kids didn't get to jump their 2 hrs .. we are waiting for our room to be cleared when we get the room remember we only get 1 hr for the room so they made our pizza wrong so had to wait to be ready had starving and thirsty kids .. by this time we only have like 45 min for the room we get the pizza i had to rush them to eat while they talked we sang happy birthday cut the cake we had 15 min to eat the cake had to rush them to eat my son wanted to open gifts they kept telling me we had to clean cause a meeting was after us so my son didn't get to open his gifts .. they went in their and started taking decor out and almost pushing out of room so we gathered our stuff and went out then they said if the kids wanted to jump some more we needed to pay XTRA they changed me $430 for this party and it was not worth my $430 it gaved me so my stress rushing people out... When i got sent to the front for me to pay the rest that I owe the girl said to me do you want to tip the host i said yes plse all this mess on that day the only one that helped me was a girl name Angel so i said yes plse give me change and she said No if you want to tip her you will need to give to me and i will give to her and i said no i will give it to her personally she said if you give it to her she will give it bavk to us cause its the company rules so i said then i will not tip cause nobody helped us but Angel and all they want is to keep her tip that she earned... If you want to be stressed out and be charged an arm and a leg for a party thats not even worth it then come here i will Never Recommend this place to anyone i know..
