Went here for the first time. It's a huge place and clean. You can't beat the price for a full body massage. I came in sore all over and felt great leaving. Pan did a great job. My husband and I decided to drop in to get a last minute massage, as we had time to spare. We did have a Groupon. We walked in where we were immediately walked back to the dark rooms where they set us up for our massages. The masseuse I got was SO rough. I must've said "ouch" or kicked my leg or moved my arm more times than I should have. A massage is supposed to be relaxing, isn't it? When we were done my husband sits up and starts saying that his arm hurt real bad. We brushed it off and proceeded to exit the room to go pay. As I approached the front desk and showed the guy that we had a Groupon he proceeded to raise his voice at us. He stated that we were to tell him before we got the massage that we had a Groupon because the service we would've gotten would've been different. (Didn't sound right)He also said that the Groupon was ONLY for a foot massage. Which wasn't correct. It stated an hour massage for two. He continued to raise his voice and asked why we didn't tell him. I simply stated that none of which he'd just mentioned was noted anywhere on the Groupon and that maybe he should take it up with Groupon and update the information listed. It's a Chinese massage, so you have to be comfortable with someone you don't know next to you... I love this place!!! I've called ahead, but you really don't need to if its just one person. The atmosphere is very nice for paying $28/hr. Rooms are dim, quite and overall pretty private. There's about 3-4 chairs per room and you are usually just with people you came with. This is unlike your typical massage! You don't take your clothes off, so wear something comfy and don't do your hair/makeup. They use an oil to rub your face and hair so going there freshly showered is a waste. I've been here multiple times and have not been disappointed, however be warned that the pressure may change by person(typical for a massage). read more

Last night was my second visit and it was just as amazing as the first visit. I have had many massages over the years and also pressure point treatments and this massage completely loosened me up and worked out several knots. I can't quite believe it is only $28 for one hour. I left a generous tip, as I almost didn't feel right to pay so little for such an amazing service. I am planning to be back for general 'maintenance' at least one to two times a month. The massage is amazing. The name 'Lucky Foot' really doesn't give it justice. You will be in for a treat! It is not only a foot massage, starting with an amazing warm foot bath, but then they will work your legs, head, and then the back. It is an absolutely awesome massage and both massage therapists were amazing. There is not talking and you keep your clothes on, except for rolling up your pants and taking off your socks, so wear comfy pants (no captain tight pants) and as a woman, perhaps ditch the bra and just wear a t-shirt. They therapists massage above the clothing and are excellent in pressure in strength. The reflexology experience is unique and very relaxing. AMAZING. I originally had scheduled appointments at Happy Feet down the street. Even though we called ahead and said we would be late due to bad weather, they took in 2 walk ins the same time we came in, then told us we would have to wait 30 minutes... ANYWAYS back to Lucky Foot.. My sisters and I thought we would try plan B. We were nervous that we wouldn't be able to get in all at the same time especially walking in. We walked in and were promptly waited on! What an amazing atmosphere! There are multiple private rooms, which hosts 3-6 massage reclining chairs each - perfect if someone if having a Bachelorette party or just time with the girls. My sisters and I had our own private rooms, I felt like a celebrity! Lighting was perfect and so was the music and decor. It was very warm feeling and surprisingly very classy. We had the nicest and most professional therapists. They greeted us and covered us with warm towels. They didn't talk the whole time to us or each other, allowing for complete relaxation. My feet had an amazing 30 minutes of reflexology - I am a nurse on my feet for 12 hours a day and this treatment was amazing. The other 30 minutes consisted of working on my full body, clothed. What a nice surprise! For $28, you can't beat this deal. What other similar establishments has this good of a price and includes more than rubbing your feet? In addition, the privacy that is provided for the guests can't be beat. I can't wait to go back. They gave us a valued customer punch card -after 10 visits you get a gift card. Normally this is a really great place to get a massage- and for a great price. I've been here before, but not in about 2 years. Those other times were 5-star experiences. However, today was an exception for me. First of all, I had a 3:30 appointment and my massage didn't start until 4:15. Then I noticed that the price list was exactly the same as the Groupon price that I had paid. On Groupon it states that it was a 40% discount- turns out it was their everyday price. (Deceptive marketing) Then there was a group of customers in the adjacent massage room that were talking so loudly that I couldn't relax at all. Finally I asked the person that was doing my massage if he could ask them to keep it down. He didn't speak English and didn't understand my request, so he gets someone that understood and the noise came down. (There are signs all over the facility kindly asking that there is no conversation/ that this is a quiet place.) This disruption went on for the first 10 minutes of my 90 minute massage. Actually, during my 45 minute wait in the lobby I was hearing all the loud talking and when I realized they weren't going to do anything about it, I offered to reschedule (which I didn't want to do because I'd driven 40 mins from Oak Park and it's 40 mins back). I was assured they were leaving before my massage started. Which they didn't. Once things settled down, I received a mediocre massage. I had specifically scheduled with a male masseuse because I don't find that the light touch women give to be much to help my sore muscles - which is the very reason I go. The man I had happen to have a light touch. I laid there trying to decide whether or not to speak up. When I did, he didn't understand my request. I took 3 times be fore he understood and clock was ticking. He also did not massage my face like they usually do (disappointing, but I didn't want to have another complaint complicate the situation). When he finished, my low back was hurting. (Whatcha' gonna do :( ? I went out, paid and left the tip. At which time I noticed I still had about minutes left of my 90. And that's not including the 10 it took before the got the commotion to settle in order to even get started. So I basically paid for 90 minutes and got about 60 minutes. I'm sitting here in my car with a headache and a backache that I didn't have when I went in. Since when is a massage stressful?? A complete waste of my day off and my money. My wife and I received a Groupon for the 60 minute massage. By the name of the place and a few comments we read we thought it was going to be head & neck and feet. We didn't realize until we got there that it was really head to toe. Pleasant surprise indeed. Our first impression is that this is a professional, clean and well done establishment. Soft music, subdued lighting and warm environment. To begin with, you don't have to climb up on some massage table. These are low reclined (lay flat) chairs, where you initially sit and place both feet in a bucket of nicely warmed water, and then lay back. The staff (masseuse or masseur) begins a gentle massage of your head, temples, ears, nose, chin, hair and then places a towel over your eyes and moves down to each arm and hand, fingers, flexing gently and working on elbows, front shoulders. Next, feet are removed from the water, dried and then massaged with heels, toes, arches, ankles, calves, etc. This first part maybe takes 30 minutes (although it's easy to lose track of time when relaxing). After this the fun begins! I would recommend that anyone who has not had a full body massage to read and ask questions before you make an appointment because your masseur may not use English as their primary language. My wife & I were both OK as we've had massages on cruises etc (and in our opinion, Lucky Foot rivals some of the best), but the pressure if you're not ready for it (working out kinks and knots) can be vigorous. My suggestion would be to ask questions before you begin, identify any problems areas or sensitive areas especially if you have a health condition. They have a sign that ask if you are pregnant, but I was almost ready to cry uncle a few times when my masseur hit a knot on my shoulder blade. This, our first experience, was excellent and the value (as compared to this quality of treatment) is superb. For an hour massage, a $5 tip doesn't cut it as these guys worked! I checked out this place the other day. It's in a strip mall which is pretty empty right now. Hopefully that gets better in the future. I was able to call in and make an appointment. The concept is the same as all the other feet massage establishments that are popping up all over the suburbs. Leve your clothes on, foot soak with a head, arm, should massage. Then a foot massage and a back and leg massage. They have several big rooms that fit 3-4 chairs so there is a little more privacy than some of the places which have one big room. The chairs are motorized. I noticed a camera which was pointed at the chairs. Not a big deal, but maybe important for those who care more about that. I did notice it was connected to the security monitor at the front desk. Maybe a sign would be nice. Maybe every place has one and this is the first one I've seen prominently? I dunno. Overall the front desk guy was friendly. You pay after you get your massage. They accept credit cards. You get a small bottle of water. All in all, it was pretty good. read more

I would never go here again. I only go because of the Groupon. The first time it was a nice so I took my cousin the second time it was cool. This third time I took my friend on 2/12/2020 and the service was terrible. I kept telling the man that he's too rough. He kept going. I couldnt enjoy the massage. We had a party here and they were very accommodating to us. The manager is very nice and helpful. The technicians don't speak English.. So it is hard to communicate what exactly you want done if you don't want something specific or if they are too rough. So make sure you find someone to translate if you encounter this issue. My tech was very rough but I tolerated. My friend on the other hand was very upset by her massage. But the manager quickly worked to ease her dissatisfaction. For $28, you can't beat this service. Absolutely horrid experience today. The guy at the front desk used expletives in front of my kids. Had to cancel a few appointments because the first group of us who went there did not like it today. Was later told that the people working today were not the regulars. The guy there argued with me about the tip I was paying and used expletives. This place is trying to save on overhead costs as the place is kinda too dim. For example, the restroom has 3 lamps but only 1 actually has a bulb. Bought a one hour foot massage and got 45 mins. Also, the foot massage actually includes head, arms, hands and leg massage. The masseuse is Chinese and speaks very limited English - she cant understand basic English. I've been going here for years after a friend explained what you get for $28!! First of all, I really don't get the super picky people on here- we are talking full body massage - $28. I am skeptic at first since I had a bad experience with a very similar place in Bolingbrook. I bought 90-min groupons for me and my husband; and so worth every penny! I told the frontdesk lady that I prefer someone who delivers hard pressure and Steven was the answer. He takes time with the massage and address every stressed joint thoroughly. This place is great! My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine's day, it was our first time and we both enjoyed our massages. We have been to foot massage places before so we know how it goes...wear loose clothing, clothes stay on etc. We always get the $28 1 hour massage. We recently moved to the area and this was the 2nd place we tried out and I'm glad we found a place we both like. I had a male masseuse and I was hesitant about it because the last time I had a male at a different place it was too much pressure. I think he/they took my size/body type into account because he was very gentle. There could have been more pressure but due to recent bad experiences I didn't want to ask for more and but it was still relaxing. He and my boyfriend's masseuse constantly asked if the pressure was okay - which I'm really glad because we were never asked that before. The one thing that did surprise me was he asked me to take off my top shirt (I had a tank top under) and he also unhooked my bra. He did ask if it was okay but I wasn't sure what he was asking - I thought he was asking if my shirt being up was okay, so it was a bit shocking. If you are male they do ask you to take your shirt off in the beginning. They brought water into the room to us when the massages were done which was a nice touch. What did throw me off was that they were both standing near the cashier when I was paying. My boyfriend had to run to the car to get cash for tip, so I felt like they were waiting on that. Much to my delight this was almost a full body massage but the only clothing I had to remove was my socks! I left relaxed and refreshed.
