My new favorite paper place has arrived!!! I was very excited to try this spa and it did not disappoint! I was super impressed with the knowledge of Faith, the esthetician that did my customized 60 minute heads, spa treatment. She started off by looking at my hair follicles and telling me the condition of my scalp, and then showed me afterwards how moisturize it was after the treatment. She walked through all the steps to make sure I understood and she even gave me tips to follow at home. I've been looking for a head spa near my home recently, and finally found one in Naperville yesterday. They have only been open for a couple of weeks, and I'm so glad I gave them a try! Firstly, the design is so cute! The space is decorated in a jungle theme and is covered in lots of plush chairs and pillows (very comfy). The young lady that took care of me was so kind and gentle, also. I chose a 30 minute treatment that included a thorough head massage and hair washing. During the treatment I was also given a warm silk neck wrap and a blanket in case of a chill! There is a separate room where you can blow dry your hair before you leave. I went in today for a 30-minute scalp massage with Tatiana, and it was such a wonderful experience! Luckily, I was in a chatty mood, and Tatiana was so warm and kind -- she let me talk and unwind the entire time while still giving me an amazing scalp massage. I had a wonderful experience with Tatyana! I got a scalp treatment with a facial. The space is lovely and has such a calming and relaxing atmosphere. After check in I was given a heated neck pillow infused with aromatics to start relaxing. My neck pillow hadn't even cooled down by the time Tatyana was ready for me. She began our consult and explained everything I needed to know and asked me thorough questions about my skincare routines and any concerns I have. She showed me all the products she'd use on my hair, and how they were all natural and made by the spa owner. She did some infrared combing on my hair before taking me back to the service room. She had a plus size velcro wrap, a weighted blanket, and a pillow for under my knees waiting for me. The service was wonderful! She did a double shampoo, a hair mask & steam treatment. The products felt so cooling on my scalp and she really worked them in with a long scalp massage. My face received as much attention as my hair did. The products were so soft on my skin. Tatyana massaged all the tension out of my neck which was much needed! Afterwards she showed me the camera of my scalp again and it was so much cleaner than before hand. She led me to the blow dry bar where I was able to use Briogeo and Amika products to style my wet hair before leaving (which is a must on days where the weather is below freezing, so definitely allot an extra 20 minutes post-appt for this). I went here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. Service was decent! I am writing this review because they over charged me and when I called 11 days later after I was told they would refund me Valerie the owner asked me for more patience OKAY but wanted to track down one of the girls in that party for an under charged and wanted me to wait longer. The under change is not my problem. Valerie continued to talk over me, accused me of yelling, told me she was having a bad day and started crying on this call. When I asked for someone else who can assist me, she continued to tell me about her bad day and literally was sobbing on the phone with me. Told me I was banned from there, not that I ever go back with how unprofessional and immature she was acting. I tried calling today to confirm the owners name, so this review was correct she blocked me LOL. Valerie no worries I will not go back there or recommend your place it was nothing to brag about. I just wanted to share how unprofessional/immature she was in "taking care of a customer" Valerie, I get it we all have bad days, but taking your bad day and crashing out on a customer is WILD. read more

I opted for the 90 minute ( I wanted the full treatment). I will say, this has been the most rejuvenating experience that I have had in a long time. Everything about this Spa screams relaxation and serenity. The aesthetics were welcoming and the service was top tier.
