The check-in process was very easy, and the ladies behind the desk were very accommodating. They even looked into my insurance to see if I'd be better off paying out of pocket in an effort to save me some money. I was a bit anxious about the adjustment to be perfectly honest - the idea of having someone crack your neck seems a bit daunting but the doctor was great and explained everything as he went along. To keep it simple, I felt great when I left. The pain in my back was greatly alleviated from this adjustment alone.
