Great service for a comparable price to other businesses near by. Excellent at the "Chinese" method of message. My uncle who has mobility/pain issues because of arthritis and diabetes, has very much enjoyed and benefited from their services. He has always left feeling great and satisfied. He has only had two sessions, but will visit again. Only main critique is their website, no way to pre-pay or questions aren't answered. This place is amazing. Everyone is nice and professional! I had a 60minute deep tissue and if I had more time I would have made it a 90. I saw Jen and she was wonderful! Edit: The manager got in contact with me to address the issues I had. She seemed very sincere and sorry for my bad experience. She also said she talked to the massage therapists and addressed with them what had happened to me. She offered me a massage with another massage therapist so I could have a better experience, but since I didn't accept it, they refund my money. I went there because of the great reviews they had, and I had a terrible experience. I got out of there feeling more tense, in pain, and $60 dollars shorter on my bank account, for a terrible services. First: I set up an appointment online (which was pretty easy and convenient) with Lili because everyone was saying good things about her. When I get there she was not the one who gave me the massage, she said that someone else requested her and this other lady was going to be my massage therapist. The other lady spoke 0 English (Lili spoke a very very broke English) the communication was terrible (I am also an immigrant to this country and the first thing I did when I stepped on here was to learn English). I already put online the type and the time I wanted my massage, and I even told them I didn't want strong/ hard massage. I said light to medium. They didn't understand anything, the lady wouldn't understand the word "hurting", she would have to use a translator to communicate with me. I tensed up because I would say it was hurting or it was too hard and she did not understand. I signed up for only 30 minutes, and it was torture the whole time. I noticed was going a little longer and I told her I only had for 30 min, it was impossible to communicate. She went to get Lili to talk to me. They didn't know. Why they had the sign up online if they don't even look it up. So she finished and I went to pay she said it was $55 (I signed up for the medium $45) I thought she included the tip already because I saw some reviews saying that, so I asked and she said no. I told her what I signed up for and she said that she asked me what I wanted before and demonstrate on my arm- communication issue here again- I showed her the email confirmation saying exactly what I wanted and I even told her I said light to medium, at the end she charged $45 and for the tip the minimum tip was $15. I saw all these certification on the wall in Chinese and then I realized they probably don't have an Illinois licenses to practice - how they would if you need to go to school and do an exam, and they don't speak English. I was in pain the whole time and it seemed a torture session. Not going back there ever again. There is a reason why the state requires exams and school, it is to protect us. She also did part of the massage dry which I have never seem this before. Just terrible! I had to pay to be torture, and it was on my birthday! read more

This shop is very good, the store owner said that they are traditional Chinese medicine treatment, I believe she is right. I have been feeling uncomfortable on my back since this month, so I went to this store to do a course of treatment, the effect is very good, I feel much better now, thank you very much for the owner of this store.
