The ribs, if they can even be called that, were charred and almost inedible at bits. 3 of the wings were burnt to a crisp, as thought the microwave had sapped all their moisture. Fourth time, I was treated to a meal, opted for a steak, which the waitress told me "comes medium" which would have been fine had they cooked it to medium. It was charred on the outside and raw inside - so logically it was somewhere between burnt and raw, but not in an ideal way. For 15 pounds and change for a steak and a cup of chips, you'd hope they'd at least learn to cook it first. Better restaurants within spitting distance of anchorage - enter at your own risk!!
