The food was ready quickly and on my table within five minutes. The taste was OK but not the usual zip of many teriyaki and hibachi dishes in my experience. The goyoza were not pan fried, but deep fried. They missed the usual flavor the pan frying adds. In all it's a good meal. There are some things I did not care for. Bathroom was dirty, uuugh. I had a fly buzzing my entire meal. They should invest in something to control that. Also the dish I was served on had a huge chip in it. It feels like the owners here are tired and not taking care of the little things. There is potential in every restaurant, this one has much to gain.

Honestly, the catfish really kinda churned my stomach a bit, and that's saying something because I love fried catfish. I will not get be getting it from the Catfish Dock moving forward. The bathroom didn't have any light. I had to use the restroom in the dark and then wash my hands with no soap or paper towels, and then open a door that didn't lock. Hard pass.

I was visiting Muhlenberg County on purpose and this place had an stylistic map of the county on the wall along with the names of all the county towns. The atmosphere was really nice. The server was prompt and very friendly. I was pleased to see a diverse menu- not just burgers and bar food. I ordered a simple pasta dish with red peppers that was extremely good. I am picky and rarely like anything as much as I liked this. I wish I could go back frequently. It was perfect. I hope they get good business. They have only been open a year. Try it!!
