I told her exactly what I wanted and the communication was excellent. I came back to pick Hendrix up from daycare and he was beautifully groomed and tired from running all day. It was GREAT! :). If your dog is a member of the daycare, they just add her bill to your overall bill. It was just so easy. Unlike the ear test from Maryland Mobile, 3 days later and there is NO EAR WAX. Melissa actually cleaned his ears and didn't just say she did. And he smells AMAZING! It's been a while since his fur looked so shiny. I feel I can trust my pup with her.

Munchkin is 2 years old and she looked great and smelled so fresh. She was happy and playful as her usual self when she saw us. The groomer gave her a full cut short, just as we requested. VS Doggy Treats came up in the search and I immediately went to the website after reading the rave review. The adorable website let me know this homemade dog treat business was created by two middle school entrepreneurs. Say no more and take my money! I found their Facebook page and immediately joined. Within an hour, I'd been approved and had messaged their mom to inquire about picking up an order this morning before I took the pup back to her house. They accommodated my last minute request quickly. I was able to meet the kids and their mom when I picked up my order and they could not have been a kinder, more appreciative family. Second, when I smell her she doesn't smell like shampoo or anything pleasant at all. In fact, she smelled like cigarettes and I KNOW FOR A FACT it didn't come from my place because I despise smoking. Third, she hooked herself up to my house and used my electricity instead of a generator and charged me full price for it when she was using MY electricity AND without permission. Fourth, something must've happened during the grooming session because I see my dogs fur everywhere outside my house. Was she shaving my dogs fur outside the truck? If so, why? They normally do it inside the truck. She also did not clean up after herself very well and left me a mess to clean up so my second dog (a 3 month husky) does not come by and eat it up. Fifth, before I scheduled the appointment with her I asked for the pricing. She told me it would be $50. After the grooming is complete she charged me $60. Lastly, she hurt my dog to the point where she was bleeding under her arm and she didn't even bring this to my attention!! There is now a scab the size of a quarter under my dogs arm. I uploaded a photo. I'm very displeased with this service and I'm NEVER going back nor will I ever recommend her to someone else. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
