I didn't have cash on me because I use my card for the majority of my transactions. Frank let me take the Don Julio and said to just pay him back the next time I come in. Needless to say, I came back that same day when the power was running to make sure I paid for the Julio. If this store was "racist", they wouldn't have allowed me to do that. The beer selection is much better than your average minimart, though, as they carry Coors, Coors Light, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Negro Modelo, Dos Equis, Corona, Blue Moon, Samuel Adams, even Newcastle Brown Ale. In addition, there is a soda fountain where you can get not only Diet Pepsi but also Diet Dr. Pepper on tap. AND... drumroll please... they have crushed ice - THE GOOD KIND! And not only can you fill your fountain cup with it, but you can buy a bag of crushed ice for $2.49. Bring some home and be the hit of the party! They carry chips, corn nuts, and all different varieties of Chex Mix (I took home the turtle flavor).
