I was pleasantly surprised by this Auntie Anne's location inside SamCo gas station. The pretzels were hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy.... honestly a million times better than the mall location! Everything tasted freshly made and way beyond my expectations. The sweet almond pretzel with caramel sauce is my absolute favorite--sweet, crunchy, and totally addictive. The pretzel bites were amazing too; so flavorful, and you could actually taste the buttery goodness. To top it all off, I ordered a white gummi Jamba Juice made with mango, pineapple, and sorbet, and it was absolute perfection. The girl working the drive thru was so sweet and had a smile on her face. I definitely felt welcome. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area and want a tasty snack! read more

Right when i walked in, i smelt the deliciousness of Cinnabon. Then I noticed the cleanness of the store. The store was spotless and well organized. Anything you may want for the road, they got. They even had free popcorn. So Cinnabon and Carvel is inside Samco and there was even a section with tables and a kid area which I thought was sooo cute! Mariah, one of the manager's, and cashier extraordinaire, knows how to keep a customer coming back for more! I'm several YELP reviews behind, but I felt compelled to put her to the front of the line. She's energetic, genuinely friendly, and super accommodating! She special ordered a product, and assured me that it would be in stock shortly. Their top quality 76 Premium gasoline was credit-card priced (any credit card), at $4.89 and 9/10's of a dollar. Most of the Major Gas Brands are over $5.50 a gallon, if you use a credit card. To top it off (as in treat toppings), come to the Cinnabon/Carvel store on Wednesday's for special mouthwatering treats and drinks at a hefty discount! They have lots of comfortable seating, and spotlessly clean, secure restrooms! You deserve a treat, after this sweltering Bakersfield Summer! That's the way to run a successful business!!! read more

Beware of this location! Both of their soap dispensers don't work and they encourage you to scoop out soap at the top to wash your hands in the bathrooms. DISGUSTINGLY GROSS! What kind of business encourages that?? And on top of that, one of the workers there showed no concern when I told them the soap dispensers don't work. Thankfully her manager was there to explain what was going on and also offered me hand sanitizer. That girl needs more training on customer service. read more

This review is for Brian only!! We were told that today was his last day at this location and I am appalled. He is the sweetest, most personable person I've ever had contact with. He is so kind and generous. Whoever told the manager that he was "rude" is utter bull. You just cost someone their job, hope you're happy! read more

Walked in here at 1100 pm and the staff with name Alyssa ( shift lead on her badge ) and did not have any greeting at all with the client ( me ) . All she said is 7.95 for my juice . Gave me my change and walk out and talking to herself " this has to be the last task I need to do " . Train your employees to have basic communication skills !! read more

I love this place! Place is clean, organized, and bright. They also have cinnabon and carvel's inside with seating area separated on the right side if you want to hang around for a bit. Staff are nice as well. The only thing that i think they can fix is the mocha slush cos it was way too sweet and I don't taste the mocha flavor that much. read more

Love this place. 24 hours is so helpful to have nearby when you work night shifts often like me! I love that they have Cinnabon and ice cream. There's a great selection of treats and drinks. This location is my go to for quick drink/snack items usually. It is consistently the cleanest, most organized gas station I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the warm aroma of Cinnabon! There are a lot of drink items to craft, candy bar, and different types of coffees in addition to the Cinnabon part of the store. The employees are always very nice and friendly, even when it's super early and freezing cold haha. I love this store, I feel comfortable being at this location often, and I love having it nearby for a convenient & dependable stop. read more

Laura is one of the worst employees in this location. I had a incident with her in which she didn't allow me to use the restroom ever since then she has taunt me, Whenever I come in and she purposely blocks the pump card reader for me to purposely come inside so she can make rude small comments towards me. It's quite sad the level of education that Laura has towards customers harassing them and taunting them is something that is quite frankly unacceptable. I hope management looks into this! read more

There is a Carvels ice cream and Cinnabon attached. They greet you when you walk in and greet you as you leave. They are so nice! They have a Beer cave and the candy station is impressive. I guess if you smoke, they have cigars for you. Its only been a week since they have opened and the ice cream machine onky had chocolate ice cream. We have to try ice cream later. The Cinnabon had breakfast sandwiches and a cinnabon sundae....what?!?!? On my try list when the ice cream machine has vanilla. read more

Started coming here because we were sick of Sully's inconsistencies and dirty stores plus with their new price increase on their drinks. I come here every - single - morning. Their tea is never made even after asking about it. Then I am told "oh cause it's a Sunday." Well, that is in fact not true because I come here every day and there is never tea on my way to work in the morning. If it is Sunday, don't make as much but damn be consistent at least. Maybe they are consistent at being inconsistent. Take your pick. read more

Visited the Carvel ice cream counter twice. The first time we ordered a large soft serve cone it was very small and over $4.50! Second visit I thought I'd order it in a cup thinking maybe the girl didn't know how to put soft serve on a cone but again it was such a small amount of ice cream for $4.50. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it is very tasty ice cream just way overpriced for what you get! read more

Newly opened store just a few blocks from our home. This place is well stocked store. Plenty of alcohol options from single items or packs. They also have a beer cave. They have a Cinnabon inside the store so that's a plus, because I like cinnamon rolls. They have coffee bars, Icees, slushies and fountain drinks, snacks and other convenient store items. They have CINNABON here This gas station just opened up and everyone is very friendly and helpful. It has everything your looking for fresh squeezed orange juice, smoothies, icee, fresh fruit, coffee, it has a little mini market that I didn't get to take pictures of yet. Great selection of items. A candy bar. A drink station, soda, juice, slurpees, etc. Carval Ice Cream. Cinnabon. Coffee station. If you want coffee go Sully's, more choices, more syrups for flavoring, and the coffee is 100% better, no burnt taste. A major plus is finding Stubborn Agave Cream Soda in the fountain.
