So after asking a few airport employees, I deduce that I can get one in "C" terminal. I go there and find a note saying "Come to D". OK. I head to D terminal and there I encounter Cordell. Oh, Cordell you funny guy! First off, there's nothing wrong with Cordell, he's a nice enough fellow and will talk to you about anything. So much so, that he strapped me and another woman into the two chairs and proceeded to keep us laughing and entertained. I paid $10 for some good laughs and met a really nice lady named Mary. As far as a "shoeshine" was concerned, my shoes actually looked worse because all he really did was hit the tops of my shoes and the rest were still dingy. They looked two-toned, and I had to literally run to my gate because of the 30min chat-and-no-shoeshine session. However, I did head down into Tijuana and got myself an authentic "Tijuana Shoeshine" which was a near-religious experience and my shoes were so shiny they were literally a hazard due to the reflection blinding taxi drivers. Cordell, If you read this Dude... sorry for the poor review, when it comes down to "business" you really didn't come through for me. Glad I wasn't on my way to an important meeting.

I love hopping into the high seats for a shine and some good conversation! They also perform all of the typical shoe enhancement and repair services (e.g. re-soles, cleaning, stretching, etc.). So this is the 3rd or 4th Red Wing store I've been to for business. Now I'm not sure how the actual boot buying experience is but I took 2 pairs of boots in for tuff toe. One pair was brand new and they got a smudge of black on my new boots. The other... just looks like a kindergartner did it. So I probably paid a total of 550ish for everything right? Not cheap. I called the store manager and explained my frustrations, she basically told me she wouldn't do anything about it because my boots were gonna be used for work anyway. No accountability, no apology, no accommodation. Well what if I didn't use them for work? What if I was gonna wear them for a wedding? My point is it doesn't matter what I'm gonna use them for. You're an established boot supplier. Be professional and own your mistakes. I definitely should've went to the Everett location. Lesson learned. Stay away from this store!

I called in and asked if I could come in to get a quick fix. Cobbler said to come on in, he fixed it in about fifteen minutes! The fix was inexpensive considering the annoying squeak was gone!! I walked around in amazement at all the shoes being repaired and the cool machines used to fix them. Nice to see a business that gives items a new life.
