John is the best! He's incredibly nice, honest, knowledgeable, and super responsive. I first had him come by almost a year ago to check out my carpets, but between procrastination and life, I didn't get around to scheduling the cleaning until now. How can one company receive so many 5 star reviews? Well... you better believe it. Very communicative- quick response and super communicative on the way over. He had to stop and get some pet enzymes and let me know and updated me on ETA via text- I found that super helpful. A lot of companies leave you guessing in a window where communication was awesome even before arrival. When John arrived I was really impressed with his care during consultation. He took tape to mark pee spots from my dogs and used a black light!!! How thorough is that. He didn't seem rushed or in and out like most companies. You could tell he cared about helping and the job being done well. He then explained the process with the enzymes for my dog pee smelling carpet and told me all the tools he would be using to help me out. He even got on his knees to smell the floor! Talk about dedication. Ha The service was done quickly and with the upmost care. My dogs also loved him and he was very kind to my children. Carpet Cleaning Time did a good job on our old, heavily used rental rugs for a good middle of the road price. Unfortunately the rugs took about a week to completely dry, but that was not the fault of the cleaner. We live in a high humidity area that makes almost everything take longer to dry. If you do too then keep in mind the drying time may be much greater than the initial estimate (ours was only 3 days, less than 50% of the actual time). read more

I know what everybody's thinking right now, sigh another five star review for this company, really? I got to say, John runs an amazing business. Between his solid communications, showing up on time, and providing realistic upfront pricing without any silly low priced teasers, gimmicks, adders or catches, he moved from my "review list" with 5 others to "got a hire this guy fast" list really fast. He's also an amazing craftsman, transplanted some carpet out of an upstairs closet into a highly aesthetic location in the living room to patch a hole that was there (see pics). At the same time, he stretched out the carpets in a few areas to fill in some gaps, used staples and his gear to make everything look like it had always been that way. Joe is just finishing up our job for the third time in the past few years. We had 13 stairs, a landing, family room, hallway, and a large bedroom. The work has always been thorough and professional and this time was no exception. Everything gets spot treated first and inspite of our endlessly puking cat, the carpets are like new when these guys finish. The whole job took about 2 hours plus another 30 minutes to do a wool area rug. Joe took great care of our house, putting up corner shields to prevent scuffing from the hoses and runners over the hardwood floors leading to the bedroom and stairs. We previously had several other carpet cleaning companies that did an okay job but charged a lot more. We don't shop around any more. read more

I used Yelp to get various quotes for a deep cleaning work for carpet. Carpet cleaning time was very responsive and reasonably priced. Through out the scheduling and day of I got quick responses on Yelp. The technician was able to accommodate my request for service in evening and showed up at ~7pm. They company carries both portable and connected cleaners. John, the technician, also wore shoe covers the entire time. In my case because of the house layout and placement it took a little effort to get the machine in the right place. The overall job took about 2hrs. Abs was quite detailed and nice. I contacted John at Carpet Cleaning Time because I needed my couch and ottoman deep cleaned. It had been a while so I figured it would be nice to have this done before the new year.
