He assessed the job thoroughly, even getting on the ground to feel and smell certain areas that were slightly more heavily stained. He then pre-treated difficult areas and proceeded to power wash the job as promised in the time as estimated. He was punctual, courteous, and polite throughout the process. He had to stop and get some pet enzymes and let me know and updated me on ETA via text- I found that super helpful. A lot of companies leave you guessing in a window where communication was awesome even before arrival. When John arrived I was really impressed with his care during consultation. He took tape to mark pee spots from my dogs and used a black light!!! How thorough is that. He didn't seem rushed or in and out like most companies. You could tell he cared about helping and the job being done well. He then explained the process with the enzymes for my dog pee smelling carpet and told me all the tools he would be using to help me out. He even got on his knees to smell the floor! Joe is just finishing up our job for the third time in the past few years. We had 13 stairs, a landing, family room, hallway, and a large bedroom. The work has always been thorough and professional and this time was no exception. Everything gets spot treated first and inspite of our endlessly puking cat, the carpets are like new when these guys finish. The whole job took about 2 hours plus another 30 minutes to do a wool area rug. Joe took great care of our house, putting up corner shields to prevent scuffing from the hoses and runners over the hardwood floors leading to the bedroom and stairs. We previously had several other carpet cleaning companies that did an okay job but charged a lot more. We don't shop around any more. read more

Unfortunately the rugs took about a week to completely dry, but that was not the fault of the cleaner. We live in a high humidity area that makes almost everything take longer to dry. Through out the scheduling and day of I got quick responses on Yelp. The technician was able to accommodate my request for service in evening and showed up at ~7pm. They company carries both portable and connected cleaners. John, the technician, also wore shoe covers the entire time. In my case because of the house layout and placement it took a little effort to get the machine in the right place. The overall job took about 2hrs. Abs was quite detailed and nice. I contacted John at Carpet Cleaning Time because I needed my couch and ottoman deep cleaned. It had been a while so I figured it would be nice to have this done before the new year.
