Do not attend this casino. I have heard the casino has committed animal cruelty. They had two abandoned and neglected dogs on their premises. They were being abused by not providing them with food, making them starve to death, and not providing them with adequate shelter. They tell people who attend the casino not to feed them. The dogs have been stranded there for a long time. According to some people, some weeks ago, the dogs looked very thin. I don't know what happened to them. I hope these poor dogs found a much better place. If you still see them at the casino, I doubt it. Please check them out and contact the appropriate authority. Save them! I was going through my Yelp posts, and I found this one. I thought I posted it months ago. I guess it did not go through. It is about the poor dogs that were at the Lucky Star Casino, and nobody wanted them. Management and security wanted to get rid of them by starving them to death. It is true. Telling everyone who approached the poor doggies not to feed them. They were not in good shape. LUCKY STAR CASINO MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE THE MOST INHUMANE PEOPLE I HAVE SEEN. DO NOT PLAY AT OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH LUCKY STAR CASINO. The following was my original post from months ago, which was not posted. A disgusting place with a security team and managers that are now telling customers not to feed two stray dogs that have been hanging around the casino for quite some time. One of the dogs has been a stray for over a year out there, and the other one has been a stray for at least six to seven months. My husband and I went out there with food and water for the dogs and had a big security guy tell us that the casino is not allowing the patrons to feed the dogs or water them anymore. Even better, try to catch them and take them home with you. Please save those dogs! We don't know if they are alive or not. We told the security guy this was unreal and inhumane for these dogs. He just coldly looked at us, like he couldn't have cared less. He mentioned that upper management does not want them fed or watered. If you see these dogs at the casino, if you go, please feed them and try to water them. We WILL NEVER ENTER that place of business again because of this sick, misguided, and very inhumane way of thinking. ANY pet lovers of this planet NEED to not do business with a so-called business that wants to abuse, mistreat, and let dogs starve to death. They are putting profits over animal lives! Save the dogs! I am a US Navy veteran with 100% disability, I walked into this casino today with my two service dogs and supporting documentation. My service animals were clearly marked wearing their vests. Cory, the service manager self identified approached me asked what my service animal was for and I described that I was a 100% disability Navy veteran with PTSD and they help me with daily life... At which point, Cory informed me that the Lucky star Casino was gonna die service to me today. And clearly the laws state that you cannot deny people with service animals access to businesses it is the law and I presented paperwork to support my needs. Regardless, I was asked to leave immediately. Enter this business with caution, they will make up the rules to suit them selves absolutely not veteran friendly! The Rez restaurant Classic Indian Taco was awesome! Service was slow and lacking. The lighting over the booths was harsh and way too bright. Almost thought it was this way on purpose to get patrons to choose tables instead. The bar service was way under stand S. L. O. W! We usually like to stop in at Eischen's for chicken prior to going to Lucky Star. We've been patronizing this casino for the past five years. It's been several months since I was in Lucky Star. I was pleasantly surprised with our recent experience. The bar that only served beer for years has been moved to the west wall of the casino. It is a full bar now, and Karen, our bartender was friendly and informative. The only negative on that day was the restroom situation. Because of the recent icy weather, portapotties had to be brought in, and they were outside. That was a cold, uncomfortable experience that hopefully won't last long. Train October 15,2022 "Premium" seating means general admission, sit on the ground while employees enjoy themselves in the VIP section.. This casino is closest to me, yet we nearly never go bc it's so old and grungy inside, no atmosphere, it smells of heavy smoke. I don't understand with all the money that they don't try to turn it into a nice gaming center. They would get so much more business. ‍. Finding a spot to park a 40' motor home with a 20' trailer behind it isn't easy so we wandered into the casino parking lot to find full hookups for free We went in just to look around & stayed for hours. Best salad I've had in ages! Fresh produce was hand cut & well washed. That's a big deal for us germaphobes! People were friendly & quick to serve. They had security driving around the parking lot to watch vehicles & a golf cart offering rides to the front door. I'm not much of a gambler but if you're looking for a place to play I would definitely recommend it! My husband even won $$$! read more

A little disappointing. I was in town for the pow wow and decided to check out the casino just down the road from the grounds. This is probably the most laid back casino I've ever seen. The cashiers aren't even caged in like most casinos.. I never got carded.. I've didn't see anyone coming around taking drink orders the whole time we were there and there's only one restaurant (The Rez) inside which I'd give 2.5 stars at best. The casino is on Indian grounds so they don't allow roulette or cramps and to play table card games they charge you .50 cents a hand.. Stick to Louisiana or Vegas. read more

On January 9th I went to Lucky Star casino in El Reno and I was playing a Mr. Money Bags quarter machine. Lucky Star is one of the casinos that turns off every other machine when someone is playing. While I was playing a lady walked up to a $2 machine right next to me and was able to play and they disabled my machine....while I was playing. They are cheaters so dont come here. read more

Not a real gambler, but I came here for the first time in February 2012. It's a tribal-owned casino...I was here with some family while visiting in town. Every Wednesday, they give you $10 worth of free game play (I think)...You may have to call them on this to make sure. But that's how it went and luckily, I won $46 dollars playing the Wheel of Fortune game off the $10 free game play offer. I even recognized the mother of an NBA player here. Driving straight here from the city wasn't too bad...Since it's located in a remote area with no lights, it's literally the only lit up building you'll see, but they seem to have concerts and events here from time to time. I saw an upcoming celebrity appearance for rapper Snoop Dogg on the billboard to come here. read more

Nice casino! Great staff. We came for the free RV hook-ups (yes you read that right). Came in late and checked in at the security desk. They have electric, water and sewer for free for up to three days for your RV. Probably 10 sites total. Very nice. Security was incredibly helpful, then made our way to the players club. They were extremely helpful as well. Played VP at the bar and discovered no free drinks (that's fine) and beer ONLY! (Not fine!) I'm allergic to Hops and just wanted a glass of wine but they said they can't have liquor or wine. They didn't even have angry orchard or another decent replacement. Laws are one thing, but they should make sure to have something comparable for non beer drinkers. We asked about Shmirnoff or anything else and before we had a chance to say yes the bartender had opened the bottle and charged us $4. :( Besides that my only complaint is the 8/6 VP machines. The slots were okay it seemed. They also have $2 Mississippi Stud and $5 3:2 blackjack S17. No Craps or roulette but they have poker. Overall a great experience except for having to pay $4 for a schminoff we didn't really order at the bar. read more

We have been there several times. Went there March 13th and I won 2 jackpots, one by accident. I put my ticket in a machine I thought said 25 cents but it was a $25 machine instead. Hit $1500 on a $25 bet. The other win was on a $5.00 machine for $1300 betting $15. You really have to watch the machines because they aren't marked really well. Played several other times but haven't done very well on the lower denomination machines. They have a small deli that serves good sandwiches. We have been to other casinos around Oklahoma City and haven't done very well at any of them. They all seem pretty tight. read more
