Probably one of the oldest casinos out there. Ventilation is terrible inside. On weekends, the whole place is full of smoke. It has one diner and a couple of bars. No hotel accommodations. Slot machines pay out decently. Has table games. Rewards are not great. I no longer come to this casino due to the smoke and lack of rewards. As member of the hospitality industry with 10 years of experience serving, bartending & managing its so disheartening to hear how management has failed to advocate & protect their bartenders with protocol when it comes to cutting off a patron. It was brought to my attention what protocol is for a inebriated patron. The manager is the sole person with the responsibility to cut off a patron. To hear about this alone is dangerous to the community & to throw an employee under the bus instead of taking ownership like a leader should is really unfortunate. I hope this does not happen to any other employees in the future & they can know their license is protected as we make a livelihood off of it. read more

Sure was nice playing a slot machine (CC-53-1 116479 9952) at 4:30am March 22, 2025 with about $225 in it and it just shuts off with no warning and no employees walking around to help with the situation. Plus the Cashier Attendant was very little help at all.....PLUS after 12 mins of waiting for an attendant to check the machine he walks over, looks at it, looks at me and asks if I'm having a good night. I tell him "not too bad" and he just fucking leaves......AND now at 4:50 the floor supervisor walked by and looked at me then quickly turned away and whistled as he didn't respond to me nicely trying to get his attention.... Since my review was obviously removed due to my crossed words. I'll keep my wording clean but WORDED TO ENSURE MY FRUSTRATION GETS ACROSS! I understand establishment have rules they need to abide by, but it doesn't mean my family had to be treated like they were criminals or demeaned the way they were. We wanted to try the food inside the casino and from what I was trying to figure out if we were able too or not bc I knew that majority casino rules were that no children were allowed and the established were for those 21 and over. But instead of being told so right as we entered by whom seem an employee when I asked a person who had an employee badge card that no children allowed. The idiot directed us towards the dinner restaurant. I had my 2 year old and my 9 year old with me. No issues walking towards the diner. But my wife and two sons were pretty much rushed outside as if they were criminals without any remorse or respect of letting my wife know abt the rules. My 6 year old thought of nothing less except thinking it was just another video game/ arcade area we take them too so he quickly jumped on a slot machine to test out before my wife told them it's not for kids. But then from what she told me two idiotic security males rudely rushed them out the door and even told them to stay out as if they were trash. HORRIBLE JOB AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT FOR obviously if you took the time to notice of people who aren't from there to not know your rules by heart. When I confronted the two security guards of how they treated my wife and kids they responded with "Yeah Whatever guy!!" So we had an argument and exchange of words. UNPROVOKED unprofessional actions and idiocy of your employees to not know the rules when asked if children were able to dine and eat within the casino!! Racist security guards bc if we were white and not of different color we wouldn't have been treated the way we were! We heard this is a good casino to get lucky. My mom requested to go to a casino again. First was Grand , so now here. It's bigger than it looks for sure. Alittle old feel and definitely a relaxed group of people. We usually get mom situated and then back off but one of us keeps her in sight. This is a place we did not feel comfortable with the surroundings. They did seem to have alot of security walking around. Not sure for their safety or the players. Very smoky for sure. I will have to say the large, really nice bar was the nicest lady. Wish i had her name. Dark Long hair and pretty. She made really good Strawberry Margaritas. This is the best thing there. Saw the commercials for this casino and thought it looked to be a very nice, upscale casino. Read some reviews and took a chance. A lot of the trash is not the staffs fault. The trash left at machines is from spoiled grown up brats who think their mother works there. Empty cups and still lit cigarettes left on machines. It's EVERYWHERE in this casino. The casino does NOT have the staff to pick up after you grown up bozos. Bar: Nice, pleasant bar staff that make excellent cocktails and reasonable priced. Machines: "Shaking my head". I sat down to play blackjack one afternoon, there were two seats open. The first seat a guy said his friend was coming back. so i moved to the other open seat. Another player said he was playing two hands (he wasn't). Stanley the pit boss came over and said I couldn't play. Most casinos will limit the number of hands you play when it's busy, not here. Stanley was rude, and and wrong. I ended up speaking with Q, whom agreed that I should have been able to play. This was a few months ago. I recently played here again and Stanley has not changed. The establishment itself was quite nice with many rooms broken off in the different sections. I have to say my only reason for a three-star rating was due to the amount of smoke and the smell of the casino. I am even a smoker and the smell was too much for me. Not something I normally do is go to a Casino in any state, but the birthday boy wanted to go. So many machines flashing, music playing just loud enough, people setting at machines hitting the play button. Anyway, it was pleasant enough with staff, security, food options, drink stations available. Those experiencing issues with machines were quickly helped by staff. I played one machine. $10 and because I don't know how these things work or what to look for it lasted less than 5 minutes. My bad. That's OK. I joined the club for free, got my card with instructions that once I earned a credit, etc. I'd get $5 to play on the card. I didn't get that far. I said I had no idea what I was doing right? Maybe when I go back in a few years I'll ask for instructions from staff on the machines. They do have poker tables. I saw a craps "table" looked machine to me, but people were waiting for the game to start. I think there was a baccarate game available. They have high roller areas if you're braver than I. Off track betting. I spent most of my time walking around, looking at the machines and sometimes people. Some very serious about their game, others like us just there to see if we could out smart a machine and come out ahead. You can use a credit card or cash to play any machine. But payouts are on slips of paper which you can insert into another machine or take it to a cashier to cash out. I had no idea that there were rooms with a room up room. So easy to get lost or find that the outside you exited to is not the one where you parked. Large parking lot. Covered parking garage available also. They have several bar areas with TV's playing mostly sporting events, so no news channels or HGTV overload. They do have a restaurant. Didn't eat there as we had dinner up the street from the Casino. Smoking is allowed in Casinos in OK so yes it smells of smoke and yes so will you when you leave. Ashtrays are stationed at the machines. They will bring you drinks and clean your ashtray. Don't forget to tip the server or the dealer. It's just the polite thing to do. If Casinos are you thing you will probably get more out of it and find more things to win at then me. By supporting the tribe you're also supporting the citizens of the state of OK infrastructure. The tribe is very generous with supporting non tribal cities and towns. read more

This casino is very big and has pretty confusing to get around but when my wife and I went for the very first time Julie helped us with everything, I mean she went out of her way above and beyond to help us to get our players club cards, play the bingo games etc... they have every game you can think of and we always seem to do well when we go there. Decided to go chill and play. So guy is sitting on another machine tells me the game i sit on which is free he is "about" to play. He is playing another machine and doesn't pull his money out until he see's me. He says you can ask the attendant. Attendant walks up and says ma'am he has been playing the game. I said playing and about to play are two different things. End up talking to the manager and the manager tells me he watched the footage and i argued with the man. I said wait a minute your accusing me of arguing? Then he clearly lied and said i told him no one was sitting next to in the beginning. I said why would i say that and you can clearly see someone sitting next to me? He's looking all around because he can't look at me in my face with this nonsense. I expect to lose money but EVERY SPIN the reel would get stuck. Like it would hardly move one spot and take my money for that!!! Then I moved machines. I placed the 88 cent bet and again a stuck machine! It decided to bet what the last person bet of 3 something!!! I mean come on. I gave this casino 4 stars because I've never won more money than I did this past Saturday. It's not the type of casino you dress up for, but the slots are loose and the staff is nice. The smoke could be better ventilated, but it's not a huge deal. They have all the games a newer casino has, just with bigger wins. The most I've ever won at Riverwind Casino was $80 and I go there all the time. I went to New Castle Casino once and won about $800. I won that over the course of about 2 hours and 5-10 different machines. Also, I never had to wait to play my favorite games (Example: Games of Thrones, The Big Bang Theory). My friend and I like to do a little slot gambling everyone once in a while and I'm glad she found this new one in Newcastle because I did pretty good. I won big. I mean, big in my eyes. I went in with $100 and left with almost $800. It's like the machines would not let me get up and the bonuses were very plentiful.
