The girl tells me that's how the drink is made. I tell her it's not supposed to be chunky, but she insists it is, and then she proceeds to charge me to make a new drink. Not only that but a disheveled girl sitting at the table, who I assume works there and is hanging out at her job off hours, requests to see the drink, then they start trying the curdled coffee to see what the problem is!
